My cat has made it her home!
I absolutely love this holiday Mickey and friends gingerbread cat house and so does my cat! My cat is fairly large and she has plenty of room to roll around in the catnip that I sprinkled on the enclosed cat scratching pad. The scratching pad is reversible and it comes with 2 small pouches of catnip. The gingerbread box was simple to put together and came with several decorations to adhere to the house. She has laid in this night and day! If your cat likes boxes then I recommend getting this box for the holidays and i feel sure it will last many seasons.
LOVED by my finicky cat
My rescue black cat actually ran in this, and we play with it daily. I was super surprised as he usually turns his nose up at cat houses and many toys. I put my fingers in the windows and he attacks them. It's so cute. The bottom does attach. There is catnip included to go on the corrugated part. It's very sturdy for what it is. Very happy with my purchase.

This was so easy to put together. It is cardboard and our three cats are very active with cardboard scratchers. So cute with the cutouts with two sided tape already on them. My husband and I got to each decorate our own. I like how bottom is separate from top. Send us more!
It looks adorable
I'm sure everyone who has a cat has owned one of these cardboard houses before. They come in many designs, but this is my favorite one yet. Some people might not want to keep this around their house once the holidays are over, but I don't mind. I thought the instructions were pretty clear and I put it together fast, however, the double-sided tape is not that great. It simply does not stay together. Well, it stayed glued for about 30 minutes. Then I tried to pick up the house and relocate it and the whole house detached from the floorboard. It is not a big deal to me. I just have to move it carefully from now on, but I don't think that tape is supposed to be that weak. My cat is enjoying it. He goes inside several times a day and uses the scratcher floorboard and in the evenings I put some catnip in there for him. He can fit in perfectly (he is medium-sized), but he likes to keep his behind sticking out sometimes :) I think if you put a soft cushion in there, it can turn into a comfy bed and might even be able to accommodate a small dog. When you decide where to set up this house, keep in mind that it will get messy around it and you'll have to clean little bits of cardboard every day.
Colorful holiday cat decor
This Disney-themed cat gingerbread house was very easy to assemble. The pieces were engineered well, and my cats were interested to even watch me put it together. Once it was completed, both cats took turns sitting inside to check it out. One of my cats is obsessed with the corrugated cardboard that is used for the base, so I expected her to seek this cat domain often. Unfortunately, both of them lost interest soon after the first few hours. I do feel that some type of catnip enhancement would keep them coming back for more interaction. I noticed two small baggies of what looked like catnip that came with the package, but I don’t believe they were in the directions. I didn’t want to add unknown substances, and there was no obvious place to sprinkle my own catnip on the structure, so that might have been a missed opportunity.
Treat your cat
The Disney Holiday Mickey Gingerbread Cardboard is great for my cat and me. It was easy for me to assemble. My cat, like most cats, likes boxes. She poked around it as I was adding the stickers that were included. She liked the catnip. She will be in and out of it all day and night. It serves as our first Christmas decoration up this year.
Good product, he's in love
Percy immediately took to this box, and not expensive, he used the scratching bottom and was content to be in it all afternoon. Maybe it was the cat nip, but as long as he was happy for a few hours, we are, what a brat he is. No time to assemble, great toy.
Absolutely love
I am obsessed with Mickey and Minni mouse gingerbread house, I brought it for my Ferrets and the absolutely love it as well. The drawing, and the colors are so beautiful and detailed it was extremely easy to put together the directions were easy to follow but you don't even need the directions lol. It took me literally 30 seconds. It's such a beautiful gingerbread house
Sturdy House
My cats love this house. We use cardboard scratchers all over for them. They love to lay inside and we have put it next to the Christmas tree for them to lay in instead of the s Christmas tree skirt. My only problem is it doesn’t fit the two cats at once who want inside only when the other is in it! Haha
Cute but...
This cat house is extremely cute but it was very difficult to put together. I personally didn't like the fact that the scratching thing was not attached to the bottom. I worried about my cat not liking the fact that it was more like a tunnel. My cat did however like the house over all. I will keep it for her thru at least Christmas.
