Not as useful as hoped
The test code didn't work and I had to email the company to be able to activate the kit. The turnaround time was very slow. The report shows allergies on a color visual scale without any numerical values or reference ranges and when I emailed asking for the actual values, the company said they cannot provide them. If you are blind, color blind, have vision problems, or certain learning disabilities this makes interpreting the data very challenging. Ultimately, my dog was identified to have some allergies (so I gave 2 stars since I received data...?) and we'll try to eliminate anything that was listed. However, without a value and reference range for each it's really hard to know the severity and how to use the data more realistically if total elimination is not possible. There is no information on the report of the testing methods or what I'm looking at. Disappointed.

Not accurate
Do not feel results accurate. Said allergic to foods I know he isn’t, and showed no environmental allergies, which I think he has. Did not offer to retest when contacted to discuss. I work in medicine so have a high level of understanding of the physiology.

Results significantly delayed
As others have mentioned, the "two week" result timeline is absolutely not true. I'm going on almost 2 months since this test was ordered. The website says results are typically received within 2 weeks, and i received my "processing" email several weeks ago. Meanwhile, my dog's allergies are in full gear. This was the very reason for this test, which is currently doing me no good, and as of right now, a waste of a significant amount of money. They will also email you to buy "expedited" results for an additional $80, which is laughable. I would look elsewhere.

Very Dissappointed
I ordered this for both my dogs. It told me my dog was allergic to just about everyfood imaginable to the point we started him on a homemade diet of 5 ingredients and had to add vitamins for what the diet lacked in nutrients. Only to find out through my vets office that these tests are highly innaccurate and in her own words "Quakery". I do NOT recommend.
DIY allergy test
While waiting on results I got an e-mail offering to get quicker results if pay an additional fee. Really? I bought your product and am anxiously awaiting for results. Just give the results youbsaid you would, on time.

Taking too long to get test results
We are still waiting , going on four weeks now, to get the test results we need for our daschund , who is contantly scratching every day, we were not aware that this type of testing requires a very long time to get test results and we are waiting ............. Suggest that you consider another alternative so you don't have to wait so long, the testing kit goes to CANADA and I think that is a large part of the problem
Answer to all my prayers
My dog was in terrible Health until taking this allergy panel. Once I got the results I was able to tailor my dog's diet to his needs. His skin cleared up, his eyes cleared up, he is walking better, is not in pain and is like a new dog. Thank you!

Saving My Sanity
So thankful I decided to follow my instincts and ordered the allergy test. My 6+ old dog developed severe food sensitivities after I switched her to one of the most recommended fresh foods. Making a connection to these new problems, I ordered the food sensitivity test. Anxiously waited for about three weeks (so worthwhile) to get my detailed report. Confirmed her issues were connected to the new food. Now I know what to feed her and she is back on track to no diarrhea and skin issues.

Never again
The cotton got lodged into the tube and I had to discard a ninety dollar product. Terribly frustrating.
