Where’s the bag I ordered? I’m glad that Stanley wasn’t totally out yet!! totally
Would this be okay to feed to a 9 1/2 month 55 lb puppy, if I mixed it with his puppy chow for the next couple of months.

This food is not nutritionally complete and balanced for a growing puppy. While it won't harm your dog directly, it should not be fed as a part of their main diet while they are puppies.
what type of dye is added to this dog food?

What does the adult actually mean. My dog is almost 2. Is this for elder dogs?

Dog food for dogs

Vet recommended use a name brand that's been around a long time like Purina. Said to avoid the "trendy" stuff and unless known allergies grain free is not necessary. I've been using Purina for years only asked vet for recommendations to give my dogs better quality dog food. More expensive doesn't always mean better. My dogs do prefer the beef over the chicken however will eat either with no issues. As for price yes the bag got smaller and price went up. Due to an autoship issue I did have to purchase my last bag at the store. One store it was approximately $5 more the other was the same as Chewy. I checked online before I went. I will agree dog food prices have gone up and bag got smaller. Chewy's prices are not higher than at the store. I like the convince of home delivery.

They had it in stock

I buy my dog a beef flavored dog food because the chicken causes him to scratch a lot. Lately I have been unable to find the beef in any of the stores. When I looked on Chewy they had it . I ordered two bags and it was delivered in a few days. I am very happy with the service and the availability of the items I needed.

Cutting back on weight

So now dog food companies went from 50lb bags to 46lbs and today it went down to 42lbs now. and the prices keep going up I'll probably stop my auto ship, people are getting less and paying more if we stop buying there products they will have to drop the prices and give more product back, this is just wrong letting companies do their customers like this

Feeling the pinch over and over

Continually the size of packaging goes down while the price increases! With 3 large dogs I need large quantities at a reasonable price! I live on a limited income, and with the prices of everything else going up and up and up and up, where is a person to get extra money? Are we to stop feeding our animals good quality food? Seems purine really doesn’t seem to care if they loose customers.

Horrible horrible dog food

This dog food is so bad for my dog. Yeah, he loves to eat it but it’s made his skin all red and his eyes and ears are red too. This isn’t high quality food at all and really isn’t worth the risk to your dogs health. Find something better.

I've depended on Purina for years.

Good staple food for my big dogs. I've fed Purina for years and my dogs have all been healthy and long-lived. They like the taste and it's good quality food at a low cost. I have 5 big dogs, so that's important.

Good inexpensive food for dogs, cats & wildlife

I put a scoop of dog food outside for the opossums and raccoons every night so I'm always looking for something in expensive. I bought this because it was less expensive than other brands. My dogs and cats like it though so I usually have to give them a little bit too when I feed the wildlife.

Not a good choice

The kibble are completely different from the last bag. Different colors, different shapes and size. I'm done with it. Consistently isn't something Purina does

Beef verses chicken

I think my dog was getting bored with the chicken, so the beef was a natural choice. He seems to like it better, tastier.
