Glad I bought it.
By TessaMom on Jan 14, 2021
Seems well made, good price. This was first time purchasing this style and not all of the cats use it. The dental tabs de solve very quickly so I haven't replaced it. The biggest flaw I see is the fill lines are hard to see unless you get down on the floor or pick it up. A different colored base might be easier to see. That is the only reason for the 4 stars.

Desperately looking for a pet fountain that will last for at least a year!
By Alfi on Dec 16, 2020
This is the second fountain that I have purchased (the first was a Cat Mate fountain) for my cat that gets UTI's and needs to drink more. I liked this design and capacity ore, but received it mid August and once again the pump is not working. I make sure it doesn't run dry, I clean it once a week, but NAY, less then 6 months is the best I can get from these. Have to rethink the ROI...

My Dogs Love it (though not completely silent)
By KyleC on Sep 2, 2020
Great product, especially at this price-point! The fresh flowing water is a hit with my two dogs. At first they were unsure so I left the pump off for a day or two. I also gave them lots of tasty treats near it and even put them in the top of it before and after turning the pump on. Now that they are accustomed to it they seem to really like it. One of my dogs has bad breath that we have a hard time managing and she seems to be drinking more! We are hoping this could improve her breath a bit, if she was less well hydrated with a traditional water bowl. Sound info: Only small complaint is that it makes a noticeable water trickling noise that gets louder as the water level goes down. I haven't Great product, especially at this price-point! Sound info: Only small complaint is that it makes a noticeable water trickling noise that gets louder as the water level goes down. I haven't let it go below half full. The trickling is absent when it is kept completely full - which is easy enough to maintain. The motor does make a very quiet electric motor sound, not at all bothersome for me but for those sensitive to sound: be aware it is audible if you have good hearing. I have two 45-50lb./20-23kg. dogs. I purchased the 6L size fountain. … more

It’s not worth
By CotonsMom on Oct 25, 2020
*The pump stops by itself for no reason. *The stick that’s supposed to prevent tartare accumulation in the dogs teeth and last few days, lasts few HOURS. *I have the bigger size even though my dog is only 12 pounds but I need to clean the whole thing every 3 days because it gets all slimy inside WHICH PROVES THAT ITS FILTER DOES’T WORK!!!! I’m so disgusted by this thing and the people selling it.

Mrs.xxxxxxx
By Bluebellesbitch on Sep 9, 2020
I've had this fountain for at least 6 months and would say it is only ok. If you have hard water you are better off replacing the filter more than once a month. I have been replacing mine every month and with that I still have to do a deep cleaning. The intake portion of the pump is covered in hair and food dabre. The fountain itself gets covered in a lime scale anyway and needs to be washed out. It would be better if the top was stainless steel. My cat will get kibble in the bowl and clog it up.

Keeps water circulating
By Cassie on Sep 19, 2020
Was a good choice for a water dish. Holds quite a bit of water and is filtered. The dogs seem to like it. It does make a slightly audible trickling sound of the water flowing and there is a slight hum but no different then say a fish tank filter. Keeps water clear. I haven’t noticed it get too “slimy” too fast meaning I don’t have to wash it every other day like I did their stainless steel water bowl. It’s easy to wash. And it sits up higher

My animals love this watering fountain and they drink more water than before. They also won’t use their old watering dish.

Leaks constantly
By Leaky on Oct 20, 2020
Although my cats like it a lot, the unit itself leaks on the bottom and we cant figure out where its coming from. Its a constant water mess.

Too spokie for Patches
By Patches on Nov 25, 2020
My cat won’t use it. Moving water is not something she can adjust to. I didn’t know the water would be flowing. My bad!
