perfect fit and coverage!
fits my 15lb boston millie perfectly! she is very mobile in it and the long neck covers her ears without falling in her face. very happy with product!
Needs improvement
I have a miniature schnauzer/ ShihTzu mix who loves hikes in all weather. She gets covered with ice balls so looking for a snowsuit. This jacket fit well in body and legs. What I do not like and returned the jacket is the zipper is cheap and difficult to get started and zip right out of the package. Do not think it will last more then a few uses. Another thing is the ridiculously long neck . If it was half the length it would be more practical and comfortable for the dog
Not as good as it sounds
Bought this extreme winter weather gear for our slender terrier/greyhound mix pup. It fit well, pretty close to perfect. Living in Minnesota, we used this and the paw protectors for the Arctic days. The coat is about a year old, being used for walks (not quick in and outs) on days when ambient day time temps were below 20 degrees F. It still looks great- except the zipper was crap, and separated when we tried it on in prep for soon to arrive low low temps. Still looks like new- but useless because the zipper separates. Don’t buy it. If you’re considering this, your pups welfare is of paramount importance. Fortunately, we also have a Helios Thunder Full body suit that is still in good shape for our other dog. We will just have to undress one, then suit up the other with the one coat, walking one at a time. Too bad- they love walking together.

Fits great. Large size fits 25lb Shiba/Jack Russel mix. The dual zipper is perfect for dogs with curled tails. Velcro leg sinches work better than the elastic on other models.
Wrong color
ordered blue but got a greenish color. What happened to the blue?
Great Jacket
So we got a puppy in late October and we live in Minnesota - we don't have a fence yet so frequent walks were a must but our little guy couldn't tolerate Minnesota winters for more than a minute (no lie, almost immediately after going out the would be visibly shivering!) We knew we needed a Jacket that would cover his neck and his legs, which is surprisingly hard to find especially for a little guy! This jacket worked great for us, our little man didn't love his back legs in the jacket but if we adjusted it right he would walk without any complaints. For reference, our pup is a mini schnauzer and we bought the xs for when he was around 6lb and got the small for his current size which is about 11lb. He's got super long legs and a small chest compared to other dogs. The picture is of the xs when we first got it!
Warm, but not for rainy weather
Jacket is very warm for winter weather as long as you don't live in an area that's rainy. We got the medium for mini poodle. Fit okay. A little tight in the chest, but our guy has a full one. My main complaint is that it's not actually waterproof. I've taken the jacket off my dog and it's wet/damp on the inside. Real bummer since we live in a wet winter kind of climate and the waterproof factor was why we purchased this coat.
great jacket, small fit
This jacket is super great quality, my dog is usually a size xs since he is a chihuahua mix, however he is a little longer than most so I made a mistake by not ordering a size up. I was going to return it and getting a size up but Chewy ended up giving me a refund and told me to donate the jacket instead! If you order a jacket make sure to double check the size guide and MEASURE your dog 3 times. when in doubt order a size up
Bad Quality Zippper
Purchased a small for my YorkiePoo and after the 5th wearing the zipper is already not meshing. He's if anything small for the size of the jacket, so he's not straining the zipper. The first two times I only tried it on him to get used to the jacket so only really worn it 3X's outside and have been having to carefully finesse the zipper to get it to mesh up. The jacket also came with velcro fasteners on the legs instead of the toggle elastic pulls on the picture, so ended up adjusting the velcro so they would fasten tight enough to not let his legs slip out. That's why I'm not returning it, since I altered the velcro. Another couple of reviews in 2018 said the zipper was bad, but took a chance that surely the manufacturer would correct such a major problem. Unless mine was old stock, they don't pay attention to their customers. Will not be buying another one for sure! Too bad since it is warm when the zipper isn't gaping open.

My dog: 30 lb medium sized mixed breed terrier. Sizing: My pup normally wears a medium in other popular brands, but fit a little too big. A small is too small. So he’s almost in between sizes. I ordered the XL for him and it fits perfectly. The top comes over his face and ears well like the photo, the lower part is about 1 inchfrom where his backside slopes down to his tail. Length wise the leg/arm sleeves end right below where his “knees bend”, so that’s perfect. It’s all adjustable too so you can make basically all the holes where legs are smaller via velcro strap. The head and neck are adjustable as an elastic pull string type button/buckle. My pup wears it with his harness and it fits great. There’s a snap button hole on top that the harness hoop can easily be accessed by. Quality: so far he’s worn it almost other day since purchased. Both in cold weather and rainy weather. It’s durable and keeps the warmth in and water out. It’s made very well. The material isn’t cheap looking or feeling either. It’s almost like a solid winter coat you’d buy from a top tier brand. Use: it can seem kind of complicated at first to get your dog in, but it’s fairly easy if you just lay it in the floor and have your dog step into it. My dog is the type to run out of excitement when I try to put his harness on, but when he sees me bring out the jacket he stops and let’s me put it on him. Overall, I’m glad I purchased this! My dog doesn’t Highly recommend it but definitely suggest going up a few sizes as I did and definitely measure your dog. My vet and groomer both love it and think it’s great, and everyone on the street we see on our walks think it’s a really cute.
