Rugged streamlined collar
The combined ID tag with the collar is a major bonus in my house. My dog is super quiet (no jingling up and down the stairs) and his ID is easily readable in the collar. Occasionally I have a runner and my puppy pulls on collars and tags of my other dog. This all in one solution gives me a feeling of security. Also really like the reflective strip and the color options even though I went with black.
Phone number font WAY too small
I love the look and quality of this collar but if my dog gets out and someone cannot read MY phone number, WHAT GOOD IS IT????? I would like to have it re-made with the phone number in the same size font as his name

It's a nice collar but in a size small it seems stiff and the ID tag itself is very small and hard to read

the printing on the tag is sooooo small you actually need a magnifying glass to be able to read the phone number and address! NOT HAPPY with these 2 collrs,
ID fell off
My daughter’s dog went missing last week and we couldn’t figure out how (if she had her collar) nobody had called us. When she finally got home by way of fierce social media frenzy, we could see that the most important part of the collar (the name and contact information) must’ve popped off and we didn’t know.
