Unraveling?

Unfortunately, this shirt didn't fit my dog very well. It gathered too much at the back so I wasn't able to button it. Also, there are threads all over it and I think it's coming from the shirt because some of the sewing on the shirt doesn't seem like it is stitched in right... not sure if this is all of them or if I just got a faulty one. It looks cute though.
