  • Idopathic Head Tremors

    By on

My boys has had multiple issues among them idiopathic head tremors..his tremors had been gone 4 a yr..since returning I had gone back retrying everything that had previously worked..none were having much effect..it had been mentioned by ol'time bulldog breeders 2 try a fish based food..i tried multiples with no success..but then I tried ANNAMAET AQUALUK! Praise God his tremors have about disappeared! He gets this food along w the matching treats..it's an excellent quality food made locally to me..the owner originally made food for his sled dogs then grew his company from there..please ck it out 4 urself..it's certainly worth a try! God Bless!!!

  • Outstanding...but

    By on

I bought this food in a smaller bag along with my usual Food because it is lower in fat. Most dog foods have too much fat and can cause the pancreas to get inflamed. As I added a few pieces to the regular food, my "eat anything" older dog ate it, my Rat Terrier refused the fishy food. Over a couple of weeks, she just would not touch until I left the fishy pieces out. It is in a resealable, well-made bag, but I suggest you purchase the smallest bag in case you have a non-fish eater. It has a strong fish smell..because it is fish!

  • Just The Best!

See my review for Annamaet Grain-Free Salcha Poulet because I would post an identical review here. Annamaet is terrific. My dog likes it, he's healthy and his coat is beautiful. (I don't know if I'd call his poop pretty but it's pretty much perfect, as poop goes.) The big box pet stores and most small pet stores don't carry Annamaet but Chewy's prices are great.

  • Quality food my dog loves

    By on

I got a sample of this at a local pet store and happened to try using it as a low-value training treat. My dog loves the kibble so much I bought a 5-pound bag to use for training. This food is highly rated and I'd consider switching to feeding this when I'm ready to change my dogs' food up a bit.

  • my dogs love it

    By on

My new shih tzu family ( 2 12wks old male pups and their mom) love this food. It was what the breeder recommended. She provided a small bag of turkey and potato grain free dog food and said to order this. There was no adjustment to this new food. They eat it readily.

  • Good overrall brand

    By on

Using this brand as a rotation. Kibble size is fairly small. I love the packaging, it's basically a large ziploc bag, super convenient. I haven't noticed any difference in my pets coat like I have seen with other brands I have tried. I do like the ingredients and see it as a healthy choice.

  • Awesome replacement for Orijen

With Orijen's Kentucky kitchen opening, my aussie not only wasn't a fan anymore but she also started having loose stools and this was after a good gradual change over. I was in my local pet shop and the annamaet rep was there and decided to give it a try since I was having a hard time still trying to find Canada formula (w/salmon) Orijen ( after the loose stool incidents I found stores still with Canada made formulas. I started testinf the different annamaet products with my dog and she liked the salcha and aqualuk. Then I put the two up against the Orijen...my pup chose to eat the aqualuk first everytime. She loves it and her poops are much smaller and less frequent than when she was on the With Orijen's Kentucky kitchen opening, my aussie not only wasn't a fan anymore but she also started having loose stools and this was after a good gradual change over. • Good fish

As any new food, the puppies (3 yrs old), were hesitant on the new entrant-after I mixed it with their normal food; now they love it!! I ordered this because I think they need fish in their diet; just like humans!! Dave

  • Sensitive Stomach

We had tried all sorts of special diets, to include meat only diets, and still nothing resolved our Frenchie's GI issues. To this day the aqualuk cold water formula has caused no issues and has cleared our Frenchie's coat of skin issues
