I have 4 dogs. Scruffy is 12 and was a distemper pup. She has horrible teeth as a result of the antibiotics. A lot of her teeth have been pulled. I have tried brushing but they all hate it. Scruffy breath was so bad I did not want her in my lap. After a week of a daily chew, the rings around the gum line are gone and their breath is so much better. Love these chews just wish they were not so expensive

My Shih-Tzu's love this. I give it to them as a bedtime treat and they go bonkers for it. I love it because it's one of the few treats they get where they actually work to chew it up and enjoy it. Their teeth are tartar free from using it and they also do not have 'puppy breath'.

  • Hope they work

Only used half first package on my 2 older Bichon Maltese girls and they LOVE them. (They smell good too.) I give them after they eat and they come to cabinet where they are kept and wait for them. I just ordered 3 more so I don't run out.

  • My dogs will eat these

If you can’t get your dog to let you brush his teeth, this is the next best thing. I have an older dog with plaque problems. He has already had a few teeth pulled. The last visit to the vet was over $1000. I am trying to prevent any more teeth coming out.

  • change in product

This time the chewable shell is filled with 'toothpaste' and is more difficult for an aging dog to handle. He did learn how to manage and seems to like it. It is definitely 'iffier' for an old dog.

  • This one really works!

Over the years, I have purchased several different treats that claimed to help keep my dog's teeth clean and his breath fresh. Most of them might as well be cookies or my dog does not like them. He likes these and I can actually see a difference!

  • Works for me!

I cut them in half for my 10lb dogs. My 14yr old has horrible breath. These have helped immensely. My 9yr old had a tummy ache. May or may not have been from the treats but I'm going to try them again.

  • My Westie likes

Product recommended by small time pet store I trust. Seems to help with teeth and gums, but also a healthy "treat" once -twice a day for my 7 year old Westie - who has some allergies.

  • My pups don't care for these

    By on

I have 3 dogs - a teacup poodle, a bichon, and a bichapoo - and none of them care for these. I was really hoping they would like them because it would keep me from having to brush their teeth but they just sniffed and walked away. They aren't usually very picky with their treats as long as they have something to chew on but they won't even go near these.
