BioBag Waste Bags are a great alternative to regular polyethylene plastic bags because they're made from a resin derived from plants, vegetable oils and compostable polymers. They can be readily composted along with organic waste in municipal composting facilities and meet the ASTM D6400 standard specification for the labeling of plastics designed to be aerobically composted in municipal or industrial facilities. Please check www.findacomposter.com to make sure facilities are available in your community!

Key Benefits

  • Clean and responsible, made from plants, vegetable oils, and compostable polymers.

  • The black color hides the contents after being used for the dirty job.
  • Each bag measures 8.5 x 14 inches and are 0.92 millimeters in thickness.
  • Made in the USA!

Do not put bag over head/face, danger of suffocation.

BioBag Large Pet Waste Bags is rated 4.4 out of 5 by 18.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from 2 small the bag itself is nice, but far too small. I ordeed the largest bag & it is not big enough for my Great Dane - so back to grocery bags which are not biodegradable but big enough

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for the enviroment I use these when I scoop my cats litter box - everyday. So much better than putting all the plastic in the land fill.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love them! I use these bags for daily litter box cleaning. They are a great size - no problem depositing larger clumps. I've never had one break plus they're compostable! You can't go wrong.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not for cats Now that the smaller Dazzle bags for litter scooping are no longer available on Chewy, I have been looking for a replacement. The BioBags are a nice product, but not quite large enough to hold the scoopings of two cats.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Eco friendly and effective I love these to place by the door. It's easy to grab one with the leash and head out for walks. They don't break and are as good as the bags that don't break down.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent bags for any dog owner These bags are the perfect combination of durability, compostable construction, and size for large pets. As the owner of a Siberian Husky and German Shepherd, I can say that these are actually much better bags than any plastic bag: they are more durable and easier to handle. As far as size, they're large enough to easily hold a lot of waste and tie shut very securely.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Quality control issue While these bags are roomy, I have purchased them before & discovered a hole in the very first bag. If I had realized these were the same brand as purchased at a local retailer I would have ordered a different bag. I will be doing that with my next order. The bottom line: buyer beware.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from compost friendly this is the only product that is truly environmentally friendly. I've done a lot of research and just in the last year realized that the bags I've been using that say degradable or whatever they use to claim to be "green" are not truly so. This product is made out of veggies and compostable polymers. It also truly holds up when I pick up my dogs' poo (and I have big dogs)!
