Rated 5 out of 5 by So far, so good... My 13-year-old Mini Doxie/Yorkie mix developed severe allergies a couple of months ago, for the first time in his life. Multiple trips to the vet for medication and steroid injections, and on the third trip, my vet asked me to upgrade to an ultra-Premium food. After some discussion and then some research at home, I decided to go with with Blue Buffalo Wilderness Duck Recipe Grain-Free dog food. Pricing was another whole ballgame, and a friend recommended Chewy. Wow! Best price, free shipping, and I could arrange auto-ship for every 12 weeks. So, I did it. The food arrived, and I'm in the process of converting all three of my little dogs to the new food. My tiny 7-year-old rescue Yorkie has always been a difficult eater. I got the shock of my life when he picked out the old kibble and put it next to the bowl, and will only eat the new kibble now. So that told me plenty! My third dog, a 12-year-old Mini-Doxie/Terrier mix, is a food allergy dog (wheat, soy, corn, among other things), and she hasn't had any issues with the new food so far. All three of my dogs have been on a very good dog food for many years, with no issues; my vet wanted even the barley out of Dusty's diet, since he developed allergies so late in life. We're about halfway through the conversion process with no issues, so I'm looking forward to getting this finished and having all three dogs on their new food. They like their new food, so that makes me happy! June 23, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Best chow ever I've been feeding my dogs Wilderness for nearly 10 years. I switch up between Duck, Chicken And Salmon. They love all the flavors and always clean their bowls. June 19, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Almost as fast as going to the pet store! I don't actually eat the dog food so I can't vouch for the greatness of it, but our dog seems to like the switch from the salmon to duck, so I guess that speaks well for the product. Ordering from site is quick and user friendly. Keep up the good service. Thank you, John June 13, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good, but not for us Quality ingredients for the price. Seems to make my dog smell and made his teeth have more plaque. Just didn't work for us, but no upset stomach issues or anything otherwise! June 11, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by allergy free We found Blue Buffalo when my husband and I realized our German Shepherd mix was allergic to commercial food. The poor dog was eating herself alive. Not only did her coat grow back healthy and thick, but it had a glow that had never there before. She has sense past, but we have continued using BB when we adopted our twin Pit Bulls from the pound. Both had been abused and were skeletal. Thanks to Blue Buffalo both are thriving, their eyes are bright, and their coats shine with an envious luster. A Pit's fur is very short, but it is very thick. It's thicker than other Pit's we have seen in the neighborhood. We will never use another food other than Blue Buffalo. We change out the flavor every month or so. It does not upset their tummies. The only flavor we haven't been able to do is the salmon and that was with our German Shepherd as well. It made their coats to oily and with the Shepherd it actually brought her allergy back. Rated 5 out of 5 by Great product I would recommend this to all dogs! It's great in nutrition and builds your dogs strength! June 5, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good food! I have two dogs and they eat a lot. I am trusting this brand of dog food to be good for them. They really seem to enjoy it and are healthy. I never see any problems with their bowel movements. They are not over weight and they are active, so I think it is really good. May 31, 2016
