Rated 3 out of 5 by TillysMom Sizing chart is misleading
We have a busy buddy and my pup LOVES IT. Has for years. She's 50 lbs. so when I ordered one for a friend's new rescue and an extra new one for our Tilly, I used the weight chart provided on Chewy and got the Med/Lrg size. They're HUGE. We clearly have had the smaller size for the past several years and it's actually perfect for her at 50 lbs. We'll try the larger ones we got but can't imagine they'll be better. Also, if you want the treats to actually get out at a pace that keeps the dog interested, you'll have to cut back or cut off the prongs at the holes. We did, and use Charlie Bears and it works great.

Rated 2 out of 5 by JEANNIE MY 9 MONTH OLD STANDARD POODLE
MY POODLE WAS ABLE TO OPEN THE TOY FROM THE MIDDLE...HAD TO TRASH. SOME DOGS THIS MIGHT BE OK, BUT A LARGE DOG THAT CHEWS ALOT NO.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Kaiko Too "easy" for my pup
I ordered the Medium/Large sized toy for my 6 month old malamute pup. The flaps where the treats/kibble fall out of were too tight to allow his kibble to be released. He had this toy completely unscrewed and opened the same way I did to fill it within 5 mins.

Good toy, but my dog will have nothing to do with it. I put different types of treats in, she just looks at it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by LibRunner Easy to use, cant go back from customization.
My dog likes this toy a lot, and I think it is more entertaining than a regular ball shaped toy because of its unusual shape. It is easy to fill with food, and you can customize the opening to make it easier for different sizes of treats or kibble. The only problem is that you are supposed to cut the opening to change the difficulty, which you then cannot put back. This is a problem because you cant start out easy and then make it harder later. I used some duct tape to tape open one of the opening spines so I didn't have to cut it, but that really just bent it open permanently.

Rated 4 out of 5 by fooz72 Awesome product!
My dog didn't really want to bother with this toy when I first purchased it, but she has since become a pro at working with it! The toy is pretty sturdy, and strong and can take quite a few bite marks. It keeps my dog occupied for a good 15-20mins at a time (depending on how many treats are in the toy, and how easily my dog can get them out). I'm actually watching my dog play with the busy buddy now and there is a stubborn treat in it that my dog has been attempting to get for awhile now. It also makes for a good distraction when I leave the house.
My only gripe is that sometimes my dog can figure out a way to open it, due to it's design. Otherwise, it's a steal for what it does!

Rated 4 out of 5 by SAMHAM Great teaching tool -- BUT ---
It was almost TOO good; my dog loved it so much that once she conquered it for food then she used it as a chew toy and destroyed it!!! Expensive chew toy. Be vigilant (I wasn't) and take the toy away once the feeding is done!!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by rugger9 terrible for large kibble
probably good if you have a small dog or small kibble. large kibble for a rottweiler puppy never released anything. they should mention that.
