  • Dry Food She'll Eat!

    By on

My dog was incredibly picky and perhaps a bit spoiled at times, but when we put our foot down and stuck to feeding her quality dry food, she started refused meals. She would eat a meal every 2-3 days, started losing a bit of weight. I decided to give this stuff a try from a recommendation of a friend and she finally started eating 1-2 times a day. The first time she ate it, I followed the mixing instructions for old food with new but that was useless because she spent 15 minutes taking bites and spitting out her old food and only eating Canidae. I noticed her stool was smaller, more firm too. Didn't notice any digestional upset just switching straight to it. Happy puppy!

  • Great high calorie food for sensitive stomach

    By on

I have a fussy eater with a super sensitive stomach so its hard to find a dog food that keeps him interested and regular. Im in the process of switching to this food right now and so far so good. He's super interested in this food, I dont have to add stock or cheese or treats, and he finishes his whole meal. I have even used this food as treats during walks! Thank you to chewy and the community for sharing reviews about this food. Its working great so far and helping me keep weight on my very active pitty! Highly recommend, thank you!

  • Chiweiners disliked

    By on

I read reviews before purchasing this dog food. Due to Fromm no longer being available I have searched for new options. I have 2 chiweiners and one dauschund. They are not typically picky eaters but all 3 have not wanted to eat this dog food. I was interested in the limited ingredients and the diet as my dauschund of a little over weight. She normally will eat ANYTHING and will eat everyone's food but she has shown no interest in this item.

  • CANIDAE Grain free Pure Sky

    By on

My dog had been experiencing random itchiness/scratching and mild rashes. I'd tried other grain free food but he didn't like it. Added a little bit of the wet CANIDAE Grain-free food to this and he absolutely loves it. Not only that, but his discomfort and rash went away almost immediately. Highly recommend it.

  • Both my dogs gobble it up.

I have two big dogs, and one has allergies. I am getting her treatment at the vet, but think that having a good grain free food helps. Anyway, both love the food.

  • Well liked by our dog

    By on

Our dog who is extremly picky likes this brand, but we have to switch between the different flavors as she quickly grows tired of them. Good thing there are several flavors.

  • Wish I discovered this sooner!

I have a very finicky 160lb geriatric Great Dane that I have trouble keeping weight on. This food is not only high in calories (why I bought it), but has great ingredients. High quality food means better absorption throughout the GI tract, which means smaller poop! It helps keep weight on my boy without loading him up with so many cups to eat per meal - and he LOVES it! He doesn't love many foods and gets bored very quickly.
