Rated 4 out of 5 by Maybe magic? My dog has suffered with what seem to be minor paw / flesh injuries for over a year and in fact has been limping all summer. Every time she's not up playing and catching ball, she's laying down licking and chewing on her feet. Upon inspection it seemed to be just minor cuts and scratches - the worst being a torn nail. The doctor thought it might have been a pulled muscle or something of that nature so she was put on meds and rest for a month which did close to nothing. THEN I got this cream - I smeared it in and on her pads, pushing it between each of her fingers and within 3 days the limping stopped. I don't know if this is just coincidence, but no matter what, the limping has stopped! October 21, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Skin rash gone! Soothing and soaks into the skin. Won't hurt pet if they lick it either. I thought I would use the whole jar on my doxie's chest, but as it warms up it spreads like an oil. Doesn't smell medicinal. Will be keeping a jar on hand. October 30, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by This stuff is great! My older cat had feline dermatitis and was really being bothered even after a visit to the vet. I've been putting this on her every few days and her fur is growing back, the hot spots are healing and she is much calmer. It also doesn't bother he if she licks on it! I highly recommend it! Rated 1 out of 5 by No Healing Properties Noticed As a natural family with an organic lifestyle, I thought this product would work on my dog and be more convenient than making it myself. My Shiba Inu develops granulomas on her paws from excessive licking and I thought could get rid of them. When I first opened the product I noticed that it wasn't exactly a "cream". It's almost like it has too much shea butter and made it too hard. When I rub my fingers on it to apply it to my dog's paws, it comes out in clumps. I thought it was due to being shipped in the winter but the product has not softened. Not only is the product hard to use, but I don't notice and healing. When my dog doesn't lick the product off right away, I actually notice her granulomas to get irritated. This product might be better if warmed over a double broiler or something but right of the container it's useless. May 10, 2016
Rated 1 out of 5 by it cant be applied it is SO hard. I have no idea if this product works or not. you cant apply it to sore or sensitive skin or tissue, its too hard. The consistency makes it impossible to apply it to the type of application its supposed to be designed for. It has the consistency of hard wax. USELESS. July 7, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Works Great! This works wonderful for minor cuts and itchiness. The consistency is a little hard at first to get, but applies smoothly to my dog. It definitely stopped the itching, and the smell is great. His wounds are minor cuts heal within about a couple of days and I noticed that his fur is growing back within 2 weeks of use. A work in progress but the time is worth it. June 27, 2016
Rated 3 out of 5 by Its okay As mentioned previously this product is lumpy and a little hard to apply. Add that to the fact that both of my dogs seem to favor the taste and it becomes more of a hassle thsn a blessing. I have noticed some improvements where my older girl who is allergic to the world and much in it where she cannot lick it off..it seems to help. Not thrilled... June 22, 2016
Rated 3 out of 5 by Ok This makes me feel good to have on hand. I like that it's organic and natural so if he licks it he won't get sick. I think it's nice for minor cuts and scrapes but honestly, it smells and probably tastes like chicken. My greyhound who would not eat your sandwich if you left it next to his bed caught this container and licked it like crazy. When I put it on him I have to distract him so he won't lick it off. It has too much of a meaty smell if you ask me. I wonder if it works but maybe it's more like neosporn. May 26, 2016
