Rated 4 out of 5 by herbium Nutritional information please
My dog, a healthy almost 3 year old German German Shepherd (born in Germany) eats it with alacrity. But I want her to have a balanced diet and need a nutritional analysis from Evanger's. Can you post one on your site?

My puppy get's all wild eyed when I serve him this food broken up into his kibble. The beef is mostly flaky muscle with some ground beef in the mix. The juices that the meat is packed in are delectable to my dog, who licks the out side of his bowl trying to get more flavor in his mouth after feeding on this mixed in with kibble and some of the juice from the can.

Rated 1 out of 5 by PJdogs Too rich
My boys can usually handle all kinds of kibble and canned foods (as well as human food). They've had other Evanger's can food, but for some reason they can't handle this one. We think it's just too rich for their stomachs. Whenever we try, we know we are coming home to some diarrhea all over the house. So no more Hunk of Beef. Will just stick with the chicken cans.

Evanger's has transformed my dog's eating behavior. Now she looks forward to meals, and "Hunk of Beef" is one of her absolute favorites. Delicious, flavorful broth and nothing else but big chunks of 100% beef. Sometimes it looks like pot roast, other times it's more rare, and looks like you could slice it and make a roast-beef sandwich! The "black bits" another reviewer mentioned seem to me to just be the normal browned bits you get when roasting beef. It's never smelled funny to me. Occasionally, I'll open a can and it might look a little less appetizing but never inedible or rotten, and she gobbles it down just like every other one.
More slam-dunks: Pulled Beef, the Whole, Hand-Packed Chicken Thighs, and the Organic Cooked Chicken, (which is more of a pate, and kind of stinky, but she starts eating it before I can finish putting it in the bowl).
Now that she enjoys eating again, I've been able to introduce some (less expensive) Merrick's and Nature's Recipe canned food, but Evanger's is still the best, and highest quality, in my opinion.
