Evanger's Grain-Free Hand Packed Whole Chicken Thighs Canned Dog Food is rated 4.5 out of 5 by 32.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Both of my dogs love this food!!! I have a 3yr old beagle/fox terrier mix that we rescued last year who is EXTREMELY selective in what dog food she will eat. On top of that we just rescued a 3 lb. Chihuahua and as soon as we brought him home, Crystal decided to go on a hunger strike because she was not as sure about him as we were. I decided to give the Evanger's Grain Free Whole Chicken Thighs a try thinking maybe Crystal would finally eat. Well now not only does Crystal gobble it up, but Pip Squeak loves it as well! And they are both eating it together at meal time. I remove all the fatty stuff at the top of the can first. And I do not allow the little one to ingest any bones. I will squish the bones up really small before I give them to Crystal, but this is the only way she will eat her kibble is if I have this food mixed in with it. It is a little pricey compared to some of the other canned foods, but it is well worth it to see her happy & eating again along with her "little brother".

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Expensive but worth it My dogs love the whole chicken thighs the best out of all Evanger's canned dog food. Large pieces of thighs are tenderly cooked in juice. They love it!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from 2 Paws Up for Chicken Thighs & Squishy Bones...but... I have 2 rescue dogs. My rescued Shih Tzu is a former puppy mill mommy (even has a USDA tattoo on her tummy :-(...) & a now senior black lab. They eat a variety of food--a mix of dry/wet & sometimes topped w shredded cheese for a change. The first time I brought home Evanders Duck, Rabbit & Pheasant food from an actual local family dog food store they knew something special was coming. But...I saw something never seen before w the Evanders Chicken Thighs food. My senior dogs sit up straight, eyes popped out from just the box of cans on the floor before putting them away. The black lab tried to pull a can out by knocking it over so I had to let them have some while I put groceries away. Got some dry food as a base for broth & dumped out the slightly weird looking chickeny concoction. The dogs would have high-pawed it if they didn't dive mouth first into the bowl. After they both sat in stunned silence with a "WHAT WAS THAT? look". The price is a little high but it isn't an every day thing. My one human complaint was after I served all 5 cans, 2 cans contained 10% chicken meat & 90% broth & jiggly fat globs. Maybe a $5 coupon (*wink wink*) would make me more inclined to add this to regular rotation of food.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good food Dogs (Cotons) were finicky - tried all kinds of dry and canned foods. The only food they quickly ate was broiled chicken from Sam's Club. Your thighs and braised beef are quickly eaten. Thank you

Rated 1 out of 5 by from In our opinion, this product is inferior to Evander Hunk of beef We have been using Hunk of Beef as a topper for the Taste of the Wild kibble for several months, and recently ordered a case of Chicken thighs. We were not pleased with the product. Whole chicken thighs? Not really. Just pieces of chicken parts. Half of the cans were just gravy, and very large chunks of solidified fat. Loose stool resulted, even after the majority of the fat was removed. We donated the remaining product to a shelter. Chewy credited the purchase price back to our account. Great company.....great customer service. I see that some reviewed the chicken thighs 5 star, but it did not work for us.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Real chicken This is real chicken thighs cooked in the can. Even the bones are edible - squash them and see for yourself. My dogs think they are getting people food and especially love it.
