Rated 5 out of 5 by Kathleen Great non-toxic and natural product that really works!!!
I have been using this product for several years with great results. Chemical flea products are dangerous and harmful to both cats and dogs. Would you put a chemical pesticide on your skin or eat food with it added? Of course not! I actually take these tablets and grind them into a powder in my Nutribullet blender and put the powder back into the bottle. Then I add about a quarter teaspoon per cat per day of the powder to either wet food or mix it into a bowl of dry food and it sticks to the pieces. The cats always eat this way with no problems or rejection of the food. I have an indoor/outdoor cat and also four completely outdoor semi-feral cats. This Flea Away product keeps them completely free of fleas and also seems to help in repelling mosquitoes. I have never found any ticks on my cats. I use this during the flea season only and begin giving it to my cats every Spring up until the first freeze. So glad I found this and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants a safe, non-toxic effective way to control fleas.

Rated 5 out of 5 by doglover IT WORKS!!!
I have two outdoor dogs one is an older 8 year old small terrior mix and the other is a shepherd mix. I have no trouble giving it to my shepherd she takes it right down. My Terrior is a little slower in taking it but mainly I think it is because I give them treats as well after they take the pill. She just wants to get to the treats but I won't give them to her until she takes the cookie as I call it. So it is not to hard to get her to take it. I have seen a great improvement no ticks fleas and no scratching. My 8 year old has so much more energy. She is running around more now and has even lost some much needed weight. I just ordered two more bottles. I never want to run out of them THEY WORK THEY WORK THEY WORK. If they didn't I would know because my 8 year old is allergic to fleas and gets terrible infections. She has nothing So THEY WORK THEY WORK THEY WORK.

Rated 4 out of 5 by fowler Seems to work for the dogs!
Four stars here for success with the dogs (Goldens), though I have yet to try it on the three cats. I can see that disguising this humongous pill for the cats (palatable enough to 'hide' in their food? Everyday? I dunno...) may prove challenging. The dogs eat it right up! Gulp! Two pills each--GONE! Ka-ching! :-)
But, it does seem to work. I think the trick here is to let the formula build up to a certain concentration in the blood. So this 'pill' isn't like the 'poison pill' that purports to kill instantly and let you watch the fleas drop off within minutes. Nope. Gotta give this one some time to work, I think.
Keep giving the dosage everyday, at the same time, if possible. Haven't seen a flea in ages, and I much prefer this to the poison pill. I'll let you know if I can find some creative way to give this to the cats--everyday--and have them actually consume it! Ka-ching!

I bought this product hoping I'd start seeing less red spots on my sweet pit and she would be scratching and knawing less. She has been on them for 2 weeks, and I'm not seeing the miracle for which I was hoping. It's a chore getting her to take them, as well. Although they are chewable, she does not like them by themselves. I have to hide them cut up in her food, or wrap them in cheese.
I'm not sure if I need to give it more time, or if she has allergies as well. I like the fact that this product is all natural, food based. The other oral flea meds caused her to vomit.
I'm going to give it more time since I have the rest of the bottle, but am not totally convinced that this works yet.

Rated 5 out of 5 by ceece No bugs on my fur baby
When I got my boxer mix puppy I was torn when trying to find a flea and tick preventative. The main ones on the market are full of chemicals and so expensive. I started using Flea Away in May and have never seen a flea or tick on my girl even though she is outdoors all the time! She eats it every morning like a treat. She seems to have very sensitive skin so I am happy to have found an alternative to topicals. As to the negative reviews, I think it may work better as a preventative than to treat an infestation. I had a hard time getting my 2 indoor cats to eat the pill so have held off on treating them but since the puppy isn't bringing any bugs into the house they don't seem to need it.

My dogs have been on this product over a month and I have not seen any results. I am disappointed and will not be buying this product again. I will say the dogs enjoyed the daily pill, but I am not happy that the results I looked forward to never came about.

I was disappointed to get the product and learn it takes 30 days to kick in and that it was daily. no where in the description did it say this it sounded like a once a week thing. My adult male won't even eat them anymore so it was pointless to buy them. Not very happy with these at least I used a promo code so they actually weren't very expensive to try.
