Rated 5 out of 5 by This product is just as described. I have a large dog that has broken every exercise trolley we have bought. This is a much heavier gauge than the others. It was very easy to install. November 12, 2016
Rated 1 out of 5 by Terrible I purchased this from my local pet supply store. Within the first month, the thing broke. We fixed it as best we could, and kept on. And it broke again. And we fixed it again. Today, my dog managed to snap the lead off, at the hook (right next to her collar.) We purchased the one rated for heavy dogs. It has been less than a year, and the thing is totally rigged up via ingenuity, the only thing that is left of the original usage, is slowly falling apart. thanks, Four Paws. October 22, 2016

Rated 4 out of 5 by Better than a clothesline, for sure 1 suggestion: replace the simple clip that connects the lead to the collar with a LOCKING clip that cannot be accidentally opened. [The dog tester objects to this suggestion because he prefers a shot at total freedom] I learned the hard way - with past systems - to add a fail-safe clip to all tie outs. I don't know if he has learned to use his paw or it's an accident, but it happened - until I learned [FWIW, he is a fast moving 54 lb Kelpie] And I mean he would be out for 10 min., not an hour. The (75') cable makes a nice taut line and so far the pulley is holding up well to the explosive bursts of running from the dog tester. I might switch out the 10-foot lead for something a bit longer. OTOH, the short lead doesn't get tangled on anything (which leads to bends in the cable, which then leads to wearing away the plastic, and erosion of the wires at the bends). March 22, 2016
Rated 3 out of 5 by The sturdiness of this product was very impressive when we first took it out of the packaging but the metal spring broke almost immediately. The metal spring snapped like a twig when my 65 pound dog pulled on it. Fortunately the dog didn't go too far. We are very pleased with the heavy duty quality of the cables, however, so we have decided to find a stronger way to secure it to the tree. September 25, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Very good product Very easy to install. Perfect for our 65lb dog. It took him a couple days to get used to it because I think we put it just a bit too high on the trees, causing his sideways movement to be diminished. But with 100 foot he has plenty of length to run!! September 7, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great product Everything I was looking for and then some. The only issue I did have is that the line that hooks to the dogs collar is way too short. I had to add an extra one of to it. Otherwise it's wonderful to have finally found the length I needed. At a decent price. July 31, 2016
Rated 2 out of 5 by Not for large dogs as advertised I have had this two months. The plastic has split away from the cable at both ends of the line. The wheel got stuck on one of the white plastic pieces so the dog couldn't move at all. Our dog is 30 pounds (not really a large dog) and in less than 2 months this item is falling apart. Our dog is only on the line for 15 minutes at a time, not like she is out there all day. July 21, 2016
