I asked my vet for a recommendation of something safe for my babies to chew on that wasn't gone in three seconds and they wouldn't choke on. She recommended Spot's Chew sticks. All three of my fur kids loved them and they did last longer than other products I have tried. They smell good too - I may have to try one!

by Dolly824 Absolutely the best on the market!
I tried these several months ago for my 5lb maltese. I bought the toy/small breed sticks since she is so little. She absolutely loves them. When I ran out, I could not wait to order, so since the toy/small were out of stock, I ordered the small/medium ones. I didn't realize they were so much bigger, however, that being said, I gave her one. Instead of it taking her just a few minutes to chew like the smaller sticks, she worked on this one for several days until it gets to a certain size and then I throw it out in fear she will try to get the whole thing in her mouth and choke. I wait until they are about an inch in size then she gets a new one. The small/medium sticks last a whole lot longer and keep her busy for a long time. She absolutely loves them and so do I!!! They smell incredible too! I decided to continue to order the small/medium size for her. She loves to toss them around to and play with them when they get smaller. Best dental/treat chew on the market by far!!! Nothing but the best for my little doll!!!

My dog does not like these. I actually thought they were going to be softer, kinda like the Greenies, which he absolutely loves.

Rated 5 out of 5 by MsWonderland Charley's new favorite treat!
My Charley loves his Spot's Chew Pumpin flavored treats. Every night he's waiting in the kitchen for his new favorite treat. If he happens to not want the treat at the time he typically takes a good 1/2 hour to find a good hiding spot for it so he can eat it later and make sure the cats don't get it. :) I've told him the cats aren't interested, but he's not convinced.
I've also recommend these pumpkin treats to all my dog loving friends for their dogs.

Rated 5 out of 5 by carol Helps my dog's breath not smell like a toilet
My dog likes to eat his poop. He's a puppy. My vet has reassured me that this is normal, even if it is gross. So I've tried to accept it. What I cannot accept is his breath smelling like a toilet bowl.
This is where these sticks come in. He's still a tiny pup and these things are heavy so he's not great at holding them with his paws. However when I hold it up for him, he sits quietly chewing on it like a baby with a pacifier and his breath ends up smelling like a pumpkin pie.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Debd My dog loves these chews
My dog has multiple allergies and these are the only dental chews she can have. They keep her teeth clean and breath fresh. Petco no longer carries them so we are thrilled to find them here. She loves them and they keep her occupied for 30-45 minutes.

by TravelsWithCharleyNRosie My Cavaliers learned the word "CHEWY" in one day!
I share my life with two of the dearest, funniest, most intelligent and beautiful Cavaliers to ever put paw to earth. The first time I stood near their treat bin and asked them, "Would you like a chewy?", I had their complete and rapt attention simply because I WAS by the treats.
A few evenings later I asked, "Would you like a chewy?" They raced to the bin, tore back to the treat eating couch, and cavorted madly until they got their sweet little paws on their chewies.
So, the babies love them, but what about me? I find Pumpkin Flavor Halo Spot's Chews a pleasure among dog treats: They do help with dental issues; they smell lovely; they do not stain; both of my dogs love them, but they do not bring out aggression in my boy as do rawhide bones; and, a chew lasts just long enough to be a nice evening treat once or twice a week.

These are not messy even if they bring them in the house. Only problem is my beagle eats them in 5 minutes, was hoping it would last longer.
