Hill's Prescription Diet d/d Skin/Food Sensitivities Venison Formula Canned Dog Food is rated 4.6 out of 5 by 41.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing results! For several years, our 14-year-old dog has had terrible, loud intestinal sounds, accompanied by nausea, n, incontinent losse stools, not wanting to eat, etc, every 3-4 days, lasting 12-24 hours each time. We tried changing her diet, probiotics, homemade food, all to no avail. Our vet did an ultrasound and discovered a very inflamed intestinal tract, and prescribed Hill's Prescription Diet d/d Skin/Food Sensitivities Venison Formula Canned Dog Food for her. She told us to eliminate ALL other food, (including treats!); our girl was to have ONLY this canned food. Since we always purchased dog treats from Chewy.com's auto-ship program, we decided to order this food from them; although, unfortunately, we had to cancel our treat orders. :-( This new food is an absolute winner! Our princess has not had her "squeaky tummy", nausea or diarrhea for over three weeks now! She LOVES this food, eats well, is putting on some weight, and seems happier. (But probably not as happy as we are!) Thanks for a GREAT product!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from High five for great prices Our pup Sassy has skin allergies. After trying different dog food this is the one that they recommended for her. It's quite expensive but Chewy had the best price so we have put on auto-ship. We have now changed to Chewy for all of our pets food and supplies

Rated 2 out of 5 by from This product is very dry, and my dog did not like it. However, I had to stop it due to food allergies. She is presently on only one food for 8 weeks. She is presently on one food for 8 weeks. This is in order to find out what she is allergic to. I will still do business with your company .

Rated 2 out of 5 by from At first dog enjoyed different taste. Unfortunately being that this is a prescription food, the consistency of the content inside is way to pasty. I was looking for something that would dampen and give flavor to the current dry prescription food -- dog doesn't really enjoy this food at all.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for toy breeds with stomach and skin sensitivities! I have had to make food for one of my toy fox terrier's, Jake, for the past 5 years. I had tried several sensitive stomach commercial foods; all of them made him very sick. He is prone to pancreatitis and usually spends 1-2 days a year at the vets. Recently, my vet recommend I stop the homemade diet (beef, veggies, fruits) that was cooked to perfection and TIME consuming, and feed him just a canned sensitive stomach food. Jake can't have chicken and my vet carried a brand that I never use, so I ask him to recommend from four I had researched. He recommended the Hill's Prescription D/D w/Venison. It has made a world of difference in Jake, he's more active, his coat is already shinier, he seems to just feel better. I HIGHLY recommend this food.
