Rated 5 out of 5 by from Kidney Friendly My 9 year old Chocolate Lab, Baci has some age related diminished kidney function. He was put on Hills kd diet and is doing great again. These treats are perfect for him..crunchy, they keep him occupied for a minute. And most importantly, are easy on his kidneys.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This product was a good replacement. My dog requires a diabetic treat and I needed to replace the product that I had been using for quite some time. My pet loves the flavor of the Hill's Precription Diet Treats and I have had no problem with the changeover.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 2 dogs, only one requires Rx, treats were a problem I have two dogs that I have always given treats. One of my dogs now requires Science diet CD and because she could no longer get bones or treats I was forced to stop giving them to our other dog too. I mean, I couldn't give one dog a treat and not the other! Problem solved with these treats. I give our other dog her usual dog bone and the Rx dog gets these. They both take their treats greedily and run off to enjoy them! I love being able to give them treats again!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Golden loves Hills KD cookies! 11 yr boy has recently been moved to a protein free diet (mostly protein free). Hill Perscription dog foods have both the food for his meal & treats that meet with our Vet's instructions! Our boy is a notoriously picky eater so I was skeptical of how he was going to take to these changes (no more handouts from the dinner table!). He loves it - thank goodness! The Hills KD treats saved the day because this boy LOVES to nosh on cookies all day long!

My Lizzy has a special diet but loves to get treats.I found these to compliment her diet food she needs.I wasn't sure she would eat tgem, they seemed very hard and could not break them...but she loved them and her sister loved them too! They are picky with treats. Glad they both love them ,since I know they are good for them.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Dog Treats for any special needs dog. Our picky dog loved the new treats. Had to change him over to Kidney Care just recently. Only problem is that the treats are pretty large and will not work with a smaller dog. We had to break them up and we have a terrier size dog.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not good for older dogs teeth. I was excited to purchase these as they fit in with my dogs diet. However they are very hard and I can barely snap them in half let alone in smaller pieces that my 13-year-old dog would be able to chew.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Have them on auto ship as my dog loves them. As the owner of a newly diagnosed dog with diabetes I wondered if there were any treats he could now have. The helpful people at chewy found these for us and I'm so glad because my dog loves them.
