Hill's Prescription Diet i/d Digestive Care Chicken Flavor Dry Dog Food is rated 4.8 out of 5 by 244.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Happy owner, happy dog I have been looking for a food for my dog since since beginning of June that did not make him sick. Super healthy pet food stores kept saying it was Hill's regular adult food because of the grains. I have sworn by Hill's for almost a decade now since I found it. I gave in and tried him on 3 grain free specialty brands, all the while he was still having diarrhea every time. Tried another and while he had diarrhea few and far, he now had a huge analgland issue. I was at my wits end and felt horrible for him. We rescued him May 28th, and this had been a consistent problem the entire time. I remembered i/d as being the least amount of ingredients, it was the food offered at the animal hospital I had worked at if people didn't want to cook chicken and rice for the dogs upset stomachs. I fed it to him, not a single bought of diarrhea, not even the initial changing to the food. Everything has been amazing for my dog now when he goes to the bathroom. So happy. Should never have steered away from Hill's.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Hills Science Diet I/D Dry Dog Food We have 2 Basset Hounds. One has Chronic Pancreatitis so has to have the special I/D food ... well, the one who does not have diet restrictions refuses to eat anything but the Hills I/D Diet ... that tells you how good it is (and the Basset nose knows which one is best). I recommend this dry dog food, both the Basset Hounds woof it down.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for stomach issues One of my dogs developed digestive/pancreas issues and became very ill. The vet recommended this specific food. We also feed her Prescription Diet treats and wet food. I later read it may not be good for her to solely have Prescription food so we mix it with another high quality, limited ingredient food and have no issues. I loved that Chewy worked with my vet to get the RX sent to them and even called me upon first order to let me know the status of things. Chewy is much less expensive than buying through my vet as well. We are all very happy!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This product delivers. One of our black Labs came to us with gastric problems from birth. He has always been sensitive to food. A few years ago our vet. recommended we try Hill's Prescription Diet i/d Digestive care dog food. We had to start him on canned but as he improved weaned him over to dry. He tolerated this very well and continues to do so. This is a good product and we are happy that we could find it in the larger size at Chewy. The service is great.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Having trouble getting dog to eat this brand I had previously ordered Purina diet for digestive issues, changed to Hills diet because they had smaller kibble as dog is miniature schnauzer however she pretty much stopped eating with the new kibble and now is back to the Purina

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Product seems like it was made in my kitchen. This food was recommended to our little rescue dog after she experienced some digestive problems. It looks and smells good and she does very well on it with no more digestive issues.
