First off... great customer service!!! My English Bulldog has a sensitive stomach and this company and brand was recommended. Are Vet contacted Chewy's set up prescription and the rest is history. My bulldog now shares with our rescued Indiana Bulldog's boxer/bulldog-Sophia. Both dogs love the food, good BMs and no issues. If you love your dogs like family this is worth every penny. Thank you for reading.

  • Refused to Eat

    By on

My dog is a rabid eater and eats everything, but this. He never really loved this food. He got sick this week and now after 2.5 large bags he sniffs and turns his nose away. Even trying to mix this with canned, he refuses the kibble that falls to the side. This has never happened with food. His rescued, standard poodle stomach is sensitive causing monthly episodes of sickness. I thought we were doing well until this week. So, we are back to finding another food. Chewy is GREAT. They cancelled an autoship that was already on the way and credited my account. I felt bad about the timing but the operator was gracious and thanked me for calling.

I couldn't believe how quickly and efficiently Chewy received the order, obtained the script from my vet and delivered the next day! I will very happily continue using Chewy based on their amazing customer service. Bonus-no hauling around that huge bag. It's brought to my door!

  • Great for sensitive stomachs.

    By on

We have had 3 Pembroke Welsh Corgis and all of them had sensitive stomachs. We have used this food for all our corgis and it works very well. I also love that Chewy carries it and it is less expensive when you set up an automatic delivery schedule. No need to haul those big bags frorm the store to your home! It is a wonderful thing! Their customer service is also great!

  • Great food

    By on

Our older yellow lab is very picky when it comes to food and has digestive issues with most we've tried in past - that's until we gave this a try. We were very surprised that not only does she like it, she is able to digest properly and we have had no issues. Love it!

  • All around great

    By on

Was having problems with the prescriptive diet our vet recommended and he didn't carry Hills. I contacted Chewy and they immediately contacted my vet, got a new prescription for I/D and they shipped it out that day, received it the following day. What great customer service plus they are so knowledgeable. What a wealth of information gleaned from Chewy.com. With her new food and a change of antibiotics, Sophie is on the mend. Thank You Chewy.com.

  • Great food at almost 1/2 the price

    By on

I was very excited to see this food on the Chewey website so I ordered it. It was almost 1/2 the price that I was paying at my vet. It came quickly and without any trouble. I also ordered some probiotics that are 1/2 what I was paying at petco for the same product.

  • Fastest Working Food

    By on

My Mastiff is 8 months old and every food I tried and I tried lots upset his stomach and gave him diarrhea. Hills prescription food cleared him up within 3 days. It's expensive but worth the price to no longer watch him suffer and allow him to make it through the night without waking me up to take him outside to go to the bathroom.

  • This product was prescribed by our Veterinarian.

    By on

Following an intestinal blockage we took our puppy off of all treats and the food he was on. Our Veterinarian prescribed Hill's ID for his sensitive stomach. I called Chewey.com to return unopened food and chews that I had recently ordered. They credited my account and asked that I donate to a shelter rather than returning it. They offered to call my Vet and get the prescription for the new food. The new food arrived the following day. Chewey.com has the BEST customer service I've ever found and their prices are the best.
