  • Customer Service ROCKS!

    By on

Food is exactly what my dog needed and it came FAST! I made a mistake and ordered the wrong prescription dog food and Chewy.com did not charge me for the wrong order that came. They told me to donate it. I took it to an animal shelter and they were thrilled. Customer service is top notch. I will never shop anywhere else for my pets!

  • Expensive but id WORKS!

    By on

I have been dealing with my Bouvier's diarrhea issues since I got her 6 year's ago as a pup. She had to have her middle intestine (18") removed because of a double Intussuception (telescoping of the intestine) at the age of 4 months. I've only had her on i/d Digestive Care for a bit over a month but she's doing great!

  • Hill's Prescription Diet I/D Low Fat Dry Dog Food

    By on

Our Vet recommended the Hill's I/D Low Fat Dry Dog Food to us because our dogs had some digestion and weight problems. Our dogs are like the dog food and have lost over 2 pounds each in 2 weeks without any other changes to their daily activities. They already walk over 2 miles each day. The Hill's Prescription Diet foods can only be purchased from limited pet stores or from the Vet's office because they require a Dr's prescription. We purchase the larger bags to save money (they are about 30 pounds and are awkward to carry) and may cause injuries. The home delivery not only reduces the money spent for the dog food and unnecessary other purchases at the pet store, it also saves time Our Vet recommended the Hill's I/D Low Fat Dry Dog Food to us because our dogs had some digestion and weight problems. • Hills...Had to get because of pancreatitis (Mini Schnauzer)

    By on

Was worried that the dogs would hate it since your can only get this food with an RX. I was wrong. Both my mini schnauzers have been switched to this food and love it. It is expensive but worth it when you know that your dogs are getting a low fat diet.

  • Expensive but works and my dog doesn't seem to hate it. Losing weight fast

    By on

My dog has always been in great shape, and has never been a huge eater, but has somehow been overweight most of her life. A lot of ideas on why but nothing concrete. Had a pretty major pancreatitis issue so vet put her on this and it seems to be going really well. Losing weight finally, seems to like it a fair amount too. Shipping was fast and on time.

  • Good Product, Great Service

    By on

Our vet recently switched our dog to Hill's 1/d as he is having more and more digestive challenges as he ages. It has really helped him. He enjoys the taste, but he is a lab and has never been very picky with his food. The product is expensive for a large dog and I wish it came in a larger size as we go through 5 to 6 cups per day. Otherwise, very satisfied with the product. The exceptional piece of ordering this product was how easy it was to get a prescription based food from Chewy.com. They reached out right after my order, I sent them a photo of the prescription and they shipped the food that same day. It arrived the next day! My dog has stomach issues and this product has helped tremendously. you must have a prescription from your vet in order to obtain it and the staff at Chewy takes care of that. I mix the dry food with the wet food and my dog loves it.Her stomach issues have improved greatly.

The company has shown to me to be wonderful and they have a heart. The food although expensive is not any more expensive for the same amount in any other place. The food gets delivered to my door with me basically doing very little. The food has made a big difference in my dogs digestion

My lab has been on this for over two years. I love it and so does Dakota. I use to buy it at my vet's office, but it is so much easier to get it delivered from Chewy.
