  • Like, but have a question

I've always fed my dogs Science Diet, BUT...I've recently been reading that it's not the best b/c it's made with chicken meal, barley and corn. I've been told it's best to feed a min oin a grain-free food as they're prone to diabetes and pancreatitis. What can Chewy.com offer for small & toy breed that is grain free?? I've heard Fromm, Merrick, Canidae, Natural Balance are all good. Please advise.

  • Great Product

I have a very finicky dachshund. He has rejected so many foods I have lost count. He likes this food. I am so grateful because I don't want to go to wet food. He is healthy on it. Thank you Science Diet for a consistently high quality brand.

  • My dog loves this food!

    By on

My shipment arrived in a timely manner. The products were priced below what I was paying at the local big box pet store. Finally, my dog loves the food. What more could I ask?

  • Not for all dogs

    By on

My older dog liked this product and the hard food very much. My other dog wouldn't eat it at all, neither hard not soft. Depends on what you're dogs will eat.

  • Great Health Improvements

    By on

Our 7 yr old Minpin mix loves this food! She's a very picky eater, so we recently made the switch to Science Diet after many recommendations from friends. I wish we would have made the change sooner. We've seen improvement in our dog's appetite, digestive habits, weight improvement (she was underweight), as well as her coat! Her coat is soft, silky, shiny. She displays a much happier demeanor & sometimes runs through the house like a rocket (just like when she was a puppy). Great product!!!

My Cavalier is on the 'bigger' side weighing 46 lbs. he's a bigger dog than most Cavaliers, but he needs to lose a few pounds. So far, he likes this food and since I can give him more of it, he seems more satisfied.

  • Our 12 year old Yorkie mix loves this food. Loves it as snacks as well as at mesltime

    By on

Our 12 year old Yorkie mix loves this food at mealtime and for snacks. Our Minpin mix loves it also as snacks. She is only 4 years old so is not eating a senior food yet. Great service from Chewy.com!

  • This is a favorite with both our dogs

    By on

Our yorkie has a liver shunt which is a problem with high protein dog food. This Hills food has the lowest protein content of any food that we looked at. Chewy is almost $10 dollars cheaper that anyone else.
