My dog isn't a picky eater. I enticed him into the car with one of these catfish skin sticks. He got in the car, but wouldn't eat it. I offered it to him again when we arrived at our destination and again he wasn't interested in it. Not sure what I'm going to do with the remainder of the box. Throw it away I guess.

Rated 5 out of 5 by MaggieMae Dogs love these
Both my dogs love these Breams Catfish Skin Sticks. They hear me opening the box and they come running. And I am happy that these are good for them and also give them some chewing exercise.
I am definitely buying them again. My dogs have them on their wish list.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Kpeters Crunchy, delicious goodness!
Both of 45# dogs go crazy over these and they provide several minutes of good crunchy chewing for two very aggressive chewers. My biggest complaint is that they make a lot of noise chewing them because they are quite crunch. They do have an odor but we don't find it too unpleasant and we prefer natural treats with an odor to ones that are chemically treated. These have just 1 ingredient + healthy Omega 3s which is a huge plus. One of my dogs has a very sensitive stomach but these have caused no problems at all. We will gladly continue to buy these as my dogs absolutely love them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Koaru Great for dogs with allergies
My Papillon/Chihuahua mix has terrible allergies to pretty much everything except fish it seems so I was super excited to find that she adores these. I would never give either of my dogs rawhides due to their high risk of causing bloat. My greyhound also loves these, though she gobbles them up in seconds so I just buy them for the little one. These have a strong catfish scent so if smell is more important to you than giving your dog a healthier chew then don't buy them. I personally like the fish smell...

Sorry to say, these immediately upset my dog's tummy. May not for other dogs, but if you have a dog with a sensitive tummy, these are not recommended by me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Florabora I don't really know how to rate this..
Pros: TONS of fish skins, great packaging, seemingly high quality ingredients.
Cons: My 7 year old golden retriever, whom I affectionately call my "garbage dog" because she eats everything in sight, thought these chews were meant for rolling on. I left her in the back yard with one of these, confident that she'd gobble it down, and when I let her back in I thought, "What is that ungodly smell?" Oh. It's my dog. The next morning when I was in the yard with her, I found the soggy, partially masticated entity that was the Honest Kitchen Catfish sitting, uneaten, in the grass. Two days later and she was still trying to roll in it. I finally threw it away.
It's weird because whenever I grill salmon I always give her the crispy skin left over and she inhales it without a second glance.
So I guess... if you have a dog that likes to roll in stuff - or doesn't, like mine - just keep a really sharp eye on him/her the first time you give out one of these. I really wish I had.
Otherwise these seem great! Now excuse me while I go rub peppermint oil under my nose.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Anita Awful smell and puppy won't touch them!
I've been trying to find chews as my puppy loves to chew, and I've tried THK's quickies which my puppy loves for training, so based on the reviews I figured I'd give these a shot. Looking at the contents from the sealed back I got excited and hopeful, but sadly that ended quickly. The smell for me was absolutely repulsive. It stank up my entire apartment of dead fish that did not dissipate quickly without the use of massive amounts of Febreeze. I was willing to forgo the stench if my puppy actually liked them. She took one sniff and ran away. I'm sure other pet parents have good luck with these, however it's a miss for sure with my puppy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Satch Just right... cleaans the teeth and gums.
What a pleasant surprise to find a treat that is perfect to feed after your dogs meal... it actually cleans the teeth... on a recent visit to the vet, she remarked how clean my dogs teeth were...
these skins act like floss and a tooth brush because of the consistency ... yes they smell like fish, but must taste so good to your dog... also some treats can loosen stool, not these.. they are digested completely. These are a natural treat with just one ingredient...the skin that has been dehydrated... can't beat that !
