Even though this toy was very cute, the toy seemed very thin and my dog could have easily chewed threw this toy and ate it. I ended up not giving it to her for fear that she would eat some if it whole and she would get sick. If you do buy this toy make sure to get the larger size so it does not easily break.

  • My dogs love this

    By on

We call this toy DNA. My mini dachshund is a ball chasing dog and she loves her little DNA toys and retrieves them just like she does her ball. My big GSD's play with their large DNA toy off and on and sometimes use it for tug of war. Just don't let the big dogs get the smaller dna toy as they're kinda hard on it. I do recommend this toy and I occasionally order a back up for the little dog, just to make sure she has a couple on hand that aren't too worn out. Though they do last my dogs a long time.

  • Great toy!

Our Chinook is pretty hard on toys so I was looking for something that could take some hard playing and this one fits the bill! It's sturdy without being hard and very flexible. It's great for a game of fetch or tug o war. It's multicolored so it's easy to locate in the house or the yard. Best of all Storm loves it!

  • Great for Super Chewers

    By on

My frenchie/english bully mix loves this toy and it's been indestructible thus far. She loves to chew up frisbees by chewing on the rims that are made with rolled rubber about the same diameter. This has deterred her somewhat from that and I love that it's quiet!!!

  • It's Fun !

nice stretchy tug toy, good chew resistance . aggressive chewer, minimal damage in 2 weeks, play/chew time approx 5-10 minutes a day with no excessive wear signs. estimated 8" coiled, stretching to twice that during tug sessions

  • Not what I anticipated.

I thought this toy would be a little bit larger. It doesn’t list a size, but it is clearly x-small meant for very tiny dogs. It’s not worth returning but I wouldn’t purchase again.

  • Looks good, beware of size.

Small size is only about the width of the palm of your hand. Looks good quality though. Flexible and colorful. Bought as ferret toys for Christmas, haven't given them yet.

  • Seems durable, but dogs are not interested

    By on

This seems a lot softer than I imagined it was. That being said the dogs have yet to destroy it. Unlike most other toys though, they don't seem that interested.

  • Sturdy and Fun Toy!

    By on Top 1000 Contributor

My 6 month old Pitbul Boxer mix loves this toy. She likes to chew on things that are made of rubber, besides other things :), so this toy is perfect. It is sturdy, so when she stretches it, we play tug, and chews on it, it holds up very well!

  • LOVE LOVE LOVE this toy

I purchased this for my medium/large boxer mix who is a very active chewer. I am shocked at how well this has stood up to his regular chewing! He's had it for about 4 weeks now and it doesn't look any worse for the wear. Every time I bring it out he jumps to grab it because he completely loves it. He hasn't been able to tear the material at all, which makes ME happy. I am thinking of purchasing a second to keep on the second floor of our house so he's always got something sturdy to chew.
