  • Not for strong chewers

    By on

My dog likes this toy. She is an 18 lbs. Boston terrier. The first day she was able to bite a little piece off of it. The toy is still around and has more pieces missing. If your dog is a strong chewer, don't buy it. It won't last long.

  • My dog loves this toy!

    By on

I ordered the large size which was smaller than I was expecting but my dog loves it! She is a pretty heavy chewer and this toy has lasted a couple weeks so far and doesn't show any sign of being chewed up any time soon. It's one of her favorite go to toys to carry around when she is excited or to play tug with.

  • Favorite toy but...

    By on

...the size is misleading. I purchased the Large for my Collie, thinking it would be large. It is too small of a toy for him and I to play tug-of-war. It should be classified as a medium. However, the toy itself is strong and stretchy, bounces nicely. It is the toy he grabs first to play with.

  • Durable Toy

Our girls love chewing and playing tug-o-war. They can do both with this toy. This brand has proved to be one that withstands the rough play of two dogs.

  • Great pull toy

    By on

I have a 25 lb, 10 month old Labradoodle that loves to chew and pull. This has been one of his favorite toys. So far it has been indestructible and if I tell him to 'get a toy' this is the one he chooses.

  • Too small for my girl

    By on

I would give this 5 stars, but it's too small for my 13 week old GSD pup. She likes to chew on it some, but would be so much more fun if it were larger. Twice as large.

  • Favorite toy!

I ordered this in the small size for my Cavalier King Charles Spaniel puppy (8 lbs.), since the Holey Ball by the same company was such a hit. I ordered the larger size for a friend's Golden Retriever. When the order came, I had mistakenly ordered two of each size. My puppy loved the little one so much I decided to let her try the large size, too. She LOVES these toys! We use the big one outside in the yard for fetch. I like the way it is easy to throw and rolls when it lands, adding to the excitement. She loves to grab it and shake it around before she brings it back. The spiral design gives it lots of spring. We use the small one in the house. Our 7 month old boxer/lab mix ruined this within 30 seconds. Save your money and just get Kong brand.

  • Not for aggressive dog chewers

    By on

I have a JRT that chewed through this toy within 5 mins. We did take it away from him, and were able to salvage most of it. I can see this product being great for the average dog chewer, but ours in 14 months old and highly aggressive in chewing. Unfortunately, did not work out for us. As for the size...the size of the toy is great and I can see little or larger dogs (about 50lbs) enjoying it.

  • A 10 out of 10

    By on

My Boston loved her squeak toy but poor quality and a risk of injury led me to discontinue buying her her favorite toy. After searching for a replacement toy, and reading the reviews, I decided upon JW Pets Dogs in Action, even though it's not a squeak toy. SHE LOVES IT. It is sturdy, it won't bounce like a ball and wind up in some obscure spot necessitating a search party to find that ball, a great fetch toy that can be pulled and bitten into without getting damaged. Sorry I didn't discover this toy sooner.
