  • LOVE THESE KONG BALLS

    By on

Our English Bull Terrier does not have the bad habit of chewing on furniture and other objects in our residence. He just loves playing and chewing up tennis balls and anytype of balls. He loves to chase them, play with them, and eventually chew them up. But purchasing tennis balls can get expensive and I found out that its not good for their teeth. SO I went out and got him 2 of the Medium/Large Kong balls and boy is our EBT ever happy. He doesn't even pay attention to the tennis balls anymore!!! He loves both his red and black Kong balls and they certainly are indestructible and we don't worry about him swallowing anytype of pieces of his old tennis balls anymore. GREAT BALLS for our dogs. … more

  • Kong is King

    By on

Anything Kong is okay with me. I have four German Shepherds, all bite trained since they were off mom's milk. One is X military, one is X police so these are aggressive gnawers. Since several of them are older, I give them the red Kong toys, but the big boy is almost 100 lean pounds and the red balls are toast. This extreme black ball is his favorite. They used to make them solid, no give, so the dogs played fetch with them but didn't really use them as chew toys. This one is not solid so it can spring back under pressure.

I have a pit lab mix who is 12 years old and I also have a cane corso puppy who was 14 weeks at the time when I bought this toy and I am happy to say this toy is still around my pit lab chewed on it for 4 hours straight and didn't make a dent I was so pleased with it I bought another one so that both of my dogs could play with it at the same time. If you have high power chewers I recommend this product

  • He loves it!

We quickly learned our new rescue loved to chew his tennis balls and would destroy them instantly. Chewy had this for such a great price I thought if it didn't last, no worries. Well, a month later it's still going strong! It's so bouncy that playing fetch with it is hilarious. It is heavy though so throwing it over-hand is harder but that's no problem. He even plays with it on his own. Ill likely buy a few more to keep on hand because this is by far his favorite toy

  • Great for my Heavy Chewer

    By on

I love, love, love this toy for my Godiva. She is a heavy chewer, and she has destroyed a number of toys since we got her. Only one before the Kong ever survived. I used to have to pick up pieces of toys scattered across the house, but the Extreme Ball has lasted almost a month now, with little to no sign of damage. I love it. I will definitely be using Kong from now on.

  • Nuclear war couldn't destroy this ball

    By on

It is durable enough to stand up to Belgian Malinois, they love playing catch & fetch with it, or just carrying it around in their mouth.. which is great, but it is a very basic toy. There is no originality to it, so unless there is interactive play, they become bored with it after a brief period. I still recommend it & it should be a staple to all doggy toy boxes.

  • Love this ball

I have a Tzu Jack Russell. He can chew up anything and everything. This ball has held up so far. It's small enough to fit in his mouth safely but slick enough so he can't hold on to it too long without dropping it. Than he has to chase it again. It's like he is playing ball with himself. I wish it had been red because the Black is kind of hard to see in the grass and leaves. I had tried several different toy balls and this one has outlasted them all.

  • Sturdy, but not really interesting

    By on Top 500 Contributor

My dogs love yo chew apart all kind of sports balls- tennis, wiffle, baseball, soccer....but have no interest in this ball yet. I bought it because they can destroy anything in minutes and this seemed tough. It's a good size and weight and they've played a little with it. However, they aren't too interested in it yet and I think it has more to do with them than the actual ball.

  • Pretty tough ball

    By on

I have 4 bully breeds in my house and this ball is still in one piece, which is saying a lot. I have given them tennis balls & baseballs which only last about 10 minutes. I will be ordering a few more of them now that I know they are durable. I like to use these as fetch balls outside with them I just wish that they were a little more brightly colored so they would be easier to find outside in the grass ( my yard is 3 acres so it can take a while to find one if the dogs just drop it somewhere)

  • Really tough, durable ball!

    By on

I bought this for my heavy-duty chewer, but gave it to a lab/shorthair puppy, who ADORES it. She is either fetching or chewing on it every minute she's outside. She's made a few divots in it over the last month or so, but it's holding up really well, so I bought a second one.
