Rated 5 out of 5 by from Flavorful My dogs went to town on these bones, must have tasted delicious. Great value for the price I thought the size of the product was substantial. Obviously a lot of bone marrow too which the pups always enjoy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Chew This bone is a cooked, semi-meaty bone with a lot of fat on it. When I got this bone for a friend's dog, I had never heard here or there of it. When I gave it to her, a 25ish lb beagle mix, I expected it to be a hard, long bone chew that would last her a while. It was very fatty and greasy and crunched apart fairly easily. The pieces were small enough that it wasn't a problem. I work at a holistic pet store and we are trained through the U.C.Davis school of Veterinary Medicine and the pieces that she broke off were small enough that when she chewed on them, the broke down enough that I believe that they caused no issues to her digestive track. Unless your dog does not chew the pieces they brake off, I believe this to be a great, 10-25 minute chew for a medium sized, heavy chewer dog.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from My dog ate the bone! When I first got the bone I thought it would be a great treat for Daisy, however, I supervised her just to be sure. Within an hour she was splintering the bone and eating pieces of it, this is clearly not for her. Shes not a particularly big dog, 40 lbs, I'm surprised this bone broke so easily.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from splintered I had to take it away because it was splintering and breaking off in pieces. Not a chance I was willing to take.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from This bone is for a large dog. This bone was too big for our small/medium dog (15 lbs.) We couldn't give it to her.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from wow!!! Best investment ever! my puppies are crazy little yappers and they haven't made a peep in hours just busy chewing on their bones! The meat that is left on the bones was so soft and plentiful that they did not even need their full serving of dinner! What a great buy for a great deal!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Pretty good, but thin.. I ordered 10 of these ribs for my 2 pitbulls, but honestly I don't think I will buy them again.. I think I will stick with Merrick's knuckles. These ribs are great, dont get me wrong, but due to the nature of ribs, they are a bit thin and fracture in lengthwise shards when chewed and crunched on. My dog ate one in an hour.... so yea, if you have heavy-duty chewers, I say get Merrick's Tank knuckle bones instead.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Stands up to a wire fox terrier... Owning Finnley a WFT is joy but finding a toy strong enough to withstand more than ten minutes with one was a challenge. Cute stuff animal last less than five minutes for Finn to tear and gut, the so-called "indestructible" toys maybe ten minutes and bully sticks disappear quickly and have 69 calories per inch. The Merrick Ranger Rib Dog Treat lasts a solid hour or more with non-stop chewing and then will be re-visited again and again. Love them!
