  • Flexible-Use Crate for Puppy

    By on

We just got a puppy two weeks ago, and bought this crate hoping that it would transition with him as he grows. The crate has a divider and has been working well so far. The latches don't move as smoothly as some wire crates, but for the price, it will do. Also, be aware that if you use the divider, you cannot open the side gate without unhooking the divider.

  • THE BEST.......

    By on

Absolutely the best customer service..... Not only did they take the time to help me choose the right crate for my dog, I received the product within 2 days in great condition, I would recommend this crate for a large breed dog, ordered the 48 inch crate, more spacious than you think it is. Also ordered dog food at lesser cost than my local pet store, and that arrived in 1 day. I will be using Chewy.com all the time....highly satisfied.

  • Excellent Taller Crate

    By on

This was just what I was looking for to use as a holding area crate for our taller dog in the living room. The other crates that we had were a little short for him. Now he can go in the side entrance and "kennel up" when we let our little puppy play in the living room. Sturdy and easy to set up.

  • MidWest Dog Crate

    By on

Sturdy enough and travels well. Like the hard resin bottom tray. Our dog was 6 months old, weighed about 35 lbs so did not used the dividing piece. She has long legs/torso and her head just about touches top so we may need to go up to larger size when she's fully grown.

  • good product

    By on

This is a good, sturdy crate for my Aussie pup. I don't use the divider and she is just fine. She will grow into the crate and for now it's great for her to sleep in at night. I put a crate pad on top for the cats to lounge on as well.

  • Doesn't keep smart dogs in!

    By on

While this crate seems made well enough, if your dog is smart, they'll quickly learn to slide the latches open. My chihuahua figured it out on her first night in the crate! Next night we tried holding the latches closed with a bungee cord and she still escaped! Had to give up on it and buy a good old plastic sided crate!

  • The Perfect Crate!

    By on

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this crate! It is easy to manage, put together and break it down. It has a door on two sides (BRILLIANT) so you can face the crate in different directions to fit the confines of your home. It can grow with your dog: so you only need one crate as you enjoy your little puppy grow into the big family dog.

  • Overall decent crate

    By on

Bought the 36" crate for a Golden Retriever puppy. All in all a decent, sturdy crate - though the front door "lock" doesn't slide easily into place without pushing down on the door to line up the pin with the slot. I've checked and double checked and everything else is lined up. Would have been 5 stars if the front door lined up as well as the side door. Also, the divider does not have the spring loaded hooks like our old crate - makes it a bit trickier to put the divider in place. There is a spot on the bottom of each side of the divider that is a bit sharp - it's the rough edge of the wire. Lastly, be aware that you won't be able to use the side door if the divider is positioned on the Bought the 36" crate for a Golden Retriever puppy. • Sturdy, string crate!

    By on

We needed a larger crate for a growing puppy and this was a fantastic choice! It is strong, sturdy, not to heavy and folds up pretty easily! And it was reasonably priced!

  • Fits my lanky dog perfectly

    By on

It took a little searching to find a crate that would fit my tall dog well! I didn't want to size up unnecessarily since it already takes up so much floor space; I just needed a crate that was a little taller than usual so he can sit up in it- this one works! I measured his sitting/standing height which happens to be exactly the height of this crate. The given measurements in the product description are accurate. It was easy to set up. A bit heavy, but I won't be moving it around so it's not a problem!
