I bought the 36 inch size crate for 8 week lab puppy. She will likely not fit as a full grown lab, but I didn't want the larger 42 inch right now. I keep it near back sliding door. We use it for nighttime sleeping and for when we go out while we are still potty training. She is happy to go in and never has whined or cried for more than 5 seconds after putting her in. We leave her in for no more than 2.5 hrs during day and after we've fed, watered, pottied, and exercised her. So she is tired when she goes in. It has been a life saver so I can leave and get errands done. At night it keeps her in her own space which she seems to like. She will bark when she needs to go potty which we want. • Perfect crate

    By on

I love this crate! It's best quality I've seen and over half the price of any crate I saw in stores....and I shopped around. It's also easy to set up. There's a video which helps make it crazy easy. I got the 36" crate and could probably fit up to 60 pound dog in it.

  • Incredible Crate

    By on

I did not want to keep buying rates and my lab puppy grew up. I have honestly never crate trained, but I am this time. The price on this was incredible. I researched the best rated crates out there, Midwest came highly rated. This is top quality. Extremely easy to assembly, literally folds and comes together in seconds. Its SUPER heavy. I am 5' 2" and it took all my strength (and I am not a weak woman) but I was able to get it into the house and out of the box. Love the 2 doors.

  • Great crate

This is a great quality crate. We got it for our 30 lb goldendoodle and he has plenty of room to grow. He can fully stand up inside and isn't crammed at all. The crate is easy to assemble.

  • Awesome Dog Crate!

    By on

I just purchased this crate for my new Golden Retriever puppy and it's awesome! I love the fact that it has two doors so no matter how you decide to position it, you've got ease of access. I also love the crate divider; it can move as the puppy grows into an adult but at this point, gives the puppy just enough room to sleep comfortably. I'd highly recommend this product!

  • Easy access

    By on

Our adopted dog was already crate trained and this one is sturdy, easy to assemble, has great 2-side access and I like the attachable bowls that are available. Plenty big for our 60-70 lb'er and I like the fact that it comes with an "adjuster" panel to make it smaller if need be. Nice crate bottom!

  • Great Crate.

Although it can be a little difficult to get it to "pop up" as it's supposed to, and getting the divider in takes two people unless you want to break your hand, overall it is a very well made, reasonably priced crate.

  • Great Crate for puppy house!

    By on

I bought this for our Shuh Tzu puppy #4.6oz. He potty's in the back half and sleeps front half. There is just enough room for that. The crate is strong and sturdy. Because of how the side door is configured I couldn't get the divider to work with that set up. The 2nd door should have been on the opposite end or further down on the side panel. The configuration did work well for changing pads. I did have one clip that needed adjustment to fit properly. We are wondering if we should have 2 crates one for living, the other for a potty.

  • Great kennel!

    By on

I bought this kennel for the Labrador Retriever puppy we are getting. The set up was SO easy. I appreciate the panel that lets you change the interior size as your puppy grows. My puppy is not home yet, but my German Shepard like sleeping in the kennel (with a dog bed) at night. I would recommend this product!

  • Super strong

This cage is nice and strong; sturdy. Large door works a little hard, but fine. Got the medium and it is nice and big. Probably too big for me to be carting around much. Great crate.
