Rated 5 out of 5 by Jake The crate is actually nicer than we expected. It assembled very easily. We are very happy with it.
We are very pleased with the crate. It is actually nicer than we expected. We were prepared to have a difficult time with the assembly after reading other reviews but had no issues at all. It was quite easy and all the holes lined up with no problem. It really looks nice and is very sturdy once put together. We like it!

Rated 3 out of 5 by Wigginout54 Poorly engineered
I had previously purchased the large version of this crate a number of years ago. The "tough" floor pan did not last long, and was replaced with a piece of plywood, and in the eight or so years it has been in use the "wicker" at the bottom has started to unravel in short sections. But it's attractive and easy to wash (take it outdoors and hose it down and it's done.
So I ordered a matching unit (not even close in color to the first, BTW) in the small size for my 24# dog. The screws did not match (for length) the ones mentioned in the directions, nor were they intended to; those referred, apparently, to the larger size(s). And they would not seat without great effort, some of them becoming stripped due to cross threading. Had my husband not been available to help I would never have been able to put the foolish thing together.
I should mention also that the black metal feet are already showing minor corrosion. Not worth sending back, but two starts below a wow!

Rated 5 out of 5 by ShoppyOshopper Nice-looking, easy assembly
Have had a small version of this crate for many years, needed a larger size for new puppy.
Guessing the people who wrote about assembly challenges were probably not following the simple directions... do NOT fully tighten all the bolts until completely assembled. THEN screw everything together tightly. An allen wrench is even included in the package.
This crate is NOT intended for dogs that are not already crate-trained, it can easily be chewed or otherwise boogered up. Proper training is key, don't expect this crate to contain a dog or puppy that has not been fully conditioned to being crated or kenneled.
Supply your dog with a safe chew diversion, and your pet will probably not eat the wicker.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Lisad We love it
This is set up In our family room and the styling is not as obtrusive as a typical metal cage. Our growing puppy fits well and seems to be less restless with the additional privacy of the wicker. She has not attempted to chew on the cage at all.i honestly have nothing negative to say about this purchase. We received it within two days of order.

Rated 1 out of 5 by JACS Cheap material
This unit is made of flimsy plastic wicker. My dog chewed right though the plastic this in one afternoon. What a huge waste of money. It will not contain your dog and would only be useful as a den without the door. Very disappointed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by OliviaMC I like this crate.
I like this design. I did find putting this product together a little difficult. I did put the door on backwards. The instructions were a little difficult to understand. So I had to read the instructions and look at the pictures to get a better understanding.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Spphronie Very good quality and well-made.
I ordered the large size for my Golden Retriever
six- month old puppy, and she is very happy with it. It seems to have a calming effect on my active and energetic little puppy girl. The quality is very good, and , so far, she has not chewed on it; she is a voracious chewer! It is quite good-looking,and certainly beats the ordinary wire crates. I would definitely recommend it.
