Rated 5 out of 5 by Best Dry for Overweight Dogs Have been buying Fat Dog for about 18 months now. My 4 dogs prefer the taste over all other weight management foods they've tried. It has the least number of calories and percentage of fat when compared to other weight management brands. I always add a splash of water to their bowl or a spoonful of Weruva canned food because the kibble tends to crumble and become powdery in the bag (looks like powdered meal). Overall the dogs enjoy Fat Dog and eat every morsel making it easy to maintain their weight without a struggle. August 22, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Product is edible I am grateful the food is "tasty" enough my dog will still eat it. August 19, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Best food for over weight dogs Good results, she likes the food and fat dog is finally slimming down. August 13, 2016
Rated 3 out of 5 by Good food One of my guys wouldn't eat any of the food. The other one (the finicky one) enjoyed it initially but stopped after a few days. Neither dog would eat all the food. Otherwise they would eat it after a few hours. August 16, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by This product was exactly what I was looking for. When I need items for my dog they are always available on Chewy and at my door in 2 days. No endless searching sites, the prices are the best. Time and money saved at Chewy. August 15, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Doggy diet food I've had my small dog on prescription reduced diet dry dog food for several years. The vet tech suggested fat dog saying it was nutritionally the same as the vet food. So far it's been introduced with no problems. A squirt of salmon oil certainly helps. This is week 2, too soon to see results . August 5, 2016
Rated 2 out of 5 by The verdict is still out I been mixing fat dog with wellness dog food so my dog gets use to it. His bowels has been the same but he has had gas. He eats it but he would rather eat my diabetic dogs science diet prescription food. An my diabetic dog wants his. Dogs are like kids . I just want him to loose about 10lbs. I don't like the paper bag it comes in. I would prefer the plastic bags. July 30, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Amazing Outstanding Quality Food - Dog LOVES It!!! A year ago after my gorgeous Pembroke Welsh Corgi, Oliver was finally altered; he gained far too much weight far too quickly. Fat Corgi syndrome!!!! Help!!!! Oliver is a very active dog naturally. He did slow down a bit after his alteration and also became very interested in absolutely anything he could get his chompers on; its as though he is always on a mission to find food...any food. Oliver lost 10lbs easily on Fat Dogs over the course of just a few months AND I mix in a few oz of fresh ground beef, turkey, chicken etc and a tad of olive oil and he still lost weight! He loves dinner time and licks out every single drop from his bowl. He looks amazing at age 10. Gorgeous coat and great energy level. July 7, 2016
