Rated 4.6 out of 5 by 37 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by Very satisfied We are very satisfied with this kibble. We make every attempt to live a healthy lifestyle for our family and our dogs. We researched top dog foods, and even though we were buying a very good quality kibble and canned, our two German shepherds had to be coaxed at every meal to eat. From the first bowl of the NL venison kibble, and the canned NL sardine, they have eaten enthusiastically, even to the point of drooling while they wait for me to fix their meals. Their coats have become softer, and our male who has had allergies and ear problems, is seemingly free of these conditions. I rotate these kibbles and canned for protein variety. Our little jackapoo is loving this product too. I did try another online vendor, but when we compare the packaging these products were shipped in with the sturdy packaging from Chewy, here is where we will stay. We appreciate the whole Chewy system from the easy to use website, the variety of products, automated shipping, and the quality of the packaging. Thank you! February 9, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by A no nonsense food ... The only dog food brand that does not need to add artificial vitamins and minerals because it uses real food in enough amounts to keep your dog healthy. Low carbs and being gluten free are a big plus for the health of our pets. The Non GMO millet used as a binder seems to be well tolerated and digestible making for small stool output. Sadly more crops are being Genetically modified, and we really don't know the long tern affect on the dogs gut. Nature's Logic sources of the ingredients are exceptional. The Venison is raised free range in New Zealand, and the laws of that country prevent feed lot feeding. Canines are red meat eaters and this diet provides all the important nutrients for good health. Having a Yellow Lab red eye stains have always been an issue. But feeding Nature's Logic for three months has removed them. I don't know the reason for this but had seen on Nature's Logic web site a testimonial about the same benefit. If you have to feed a kibble diet Nature's Logic is at the top of the food chain. Rated 5 out of 5 by Best dog food. This is the best dog food on the market for many reasons: - Feed a lot less (one bag lasts months in my house). - No chemical vitamins, etc. - I contacted the company and they told me there are no GMOs in this food. - No itchy dog ears or skin (my dog doesn't react badly to this food at all). - My dog loves it, never gets tired of this food. I was buying a different high-end dog food and went through a large bag every month based on their feeding schedule. This food might cost a little bit more, but I only feed my dog a cup or so per day (half cup in the morning, half cup at night - more if he is really expending a lot of energy) and he has maintained a perfect weight and energy level. We used to have a lot of problems with him having diarrhea, itchy skin and ears, etc., and switching to this food has resolved ALL of these issues. I have been purchasing this food for three years for my Aussie, and buy about two to three bags per year - not bad in the long run. I just supplement raw carrots and other whole foods throughout the day as snacks and I have myself one happy Aussie. December 27, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Pure and simple: this is quality dog food. I strive to give my dogs a quality food. Neither of them can tolerate canned food and raw food is too expensive. So, since I have to give them kibble I looked for one that is high quality. This food is it. Plus, one thing I love is they don't use peas. Do you know how many foods do? Well, my 3 year old is allergic to peas, so it makes my job more difficult. Anyway, this food uses a good amount of various meat and fish meals which I feel give my guys what they need. Also; in March we adopted a Terrier who had obviously had a terrible first year of her life. Her stool was a real problem, plus she often could not hold herself. Once I started feeding her this food her stools are firmer and very regular. Plus both of my guys have shiny coats and look healthy and even price is not an issue when giving a quality food, this food is competitively priced which is a real plus. October 31, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent Nutrition We recently switched from medium-quality food to Nature's Logic. I feel good about giving our dogs the best nutrition out there. Their poop is much less smelly too! I highly recommend to everyone in search of a top-quality dog food. August 29, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by excellent food my very picky pit mix loves the venison version of this food. he is 3 and a half and we have tried numerous foods for him. thankfully, this is one that he doesn't seem to get bored with and it's a great quality food. August 6, 2016
Rated 1 out of 5 by Spit out every piece Granted I have a very picky eater but this is the first food that he has ever refused to eat. He spit out every piece when I mixed it with his Orijen adult kibble. It must have a nasty taste or something. I trust his judgement so I donated the food to our local shelter. June 14, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Their Favorite This is by far my dogs' favorite flavor of the Nature's Logic. They don't get it as often because it is more expensive than the other flavors, but I treat them now and again. Now, all the prices have gone up... by a lot, about $10. Not too happy about that.
