Customer Reviews

Rated 4.5 out of 5 by 17 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by Best brand ever I love this brand of dog food. I love how their is no grain or corn in it. I love how my dog enjoys this food, he does not hesitate when we give it to him. This size of bag lasts us for a month or two, its worth getting a bigger bag. September 14, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Not bad but not the best This is what the breeder told me to get for my new puppy. But after 2 meals she lost interest. Its pretty average and doesn't seem awful but puppy got tired of it. Cheap but alright. July 31, 2016
Rated 3 out of 5 by Bags too small and expensive I like the quality of the food, but it is too expensive due to the small bags that Nutro changed to. July 20, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Have loved and used Nutro Max for years, however-- Very upset with the recent changes. Nutro recently repackaged their product. Not surprising, lots of companies are giving you less product at the same price. i.e. 30 lb. bag is now 25 lb. What really upsets me is that I can no longer buy a large bag of Nutro Max Puppy. Now it only comes in 12 lb. bags. I just spent over $100.00 on 60 lbs. of puppy food that cost me $62.00 two months ago. Small bags might be ok for someone with 1 puppy but not when trying to feed a litter. June 24, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great product for stubborn pup I won't buy any other food for my 7 month old pup! He is very stubborn and would not touch half the food I was buying him. Ever since I started buying nutro max puppy food I haven't had a problem. The morsels are tiny enough for him to chew and he goes crazy at meal time. I've noticed an extreme different win his coat as well. Will not buy any other brand! May 26, 2016
Rated 3 out of 5 by Change in Formula Change in ingredient shown to cause reproductive issues. Only time will tell what other issues this change will create. May 8, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by great product my breeder uses this product they have tried others but keep coming back March 9, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by This is the food she was used to eating This is the food her kennel fed the puppies so we kept it the same for an easy transition. November 21, 2015
