  • Good for heavy chewer

    By on

I have a very heavy chewer she's an American pit bull terrier chewing is one of her fav things to do and this toy is the only and I mean ONLY toy I have got that isn't destroyed in a minute. I even got the biggest one they make and it's great we just had a chew crazy time with it last night and there's not even a chuck out of it yet best for strong heavy chewers

  • No Interest..

    By on Top 500 Contributor

I have two German Shepards and they love to chomp on bones. Real bones are real hard and do cause damage to the teeth as well as keep them clean so I figured let me get another bone that is not as hard as the real bone. So I purchased several Nylabones in several flavors and the dogs have little to no interest in these bones. I try to get them interested but it is a no-go. I had high hopes and purchased five of the Nylabones, now weeks later and all five bones are in like-new condition. Never have I seen this level of non-interest from my dogs to a bone.

  • not right for some BUT...

    By on

I bought one of these years ago for a Pit mix that I had. He did not touch it. I did not throw it out but it sat in the toy basket for years collecting dust. Then I got a pup that LOVES to destroy every toy she come in touch with. This nylabone was rediscovered and chewed hard. She chewed it so much it had points on the ends. It still was in tact, but sharp, I went looking for one just like it. Chewey.com was the only place I could find it. Ordered her a new one, threw the old one out. She is happy, and so am I.

  • Great for teething puppies

    By on

My 9 month old pit mix loves this bone, he brings it everywhere and it also stays next to his bed when he naps. I got the super size and the middle rubber part seems to feel great on his teething gums

  • Too Heavy

    By on

Honestly I was so surprised how big & heavy this product is. Our Lab loves carry it around though and she is 70lbs. Tries to chew on it, but watch out! If it drops on your bare toe, let's say a big ouch & bruised little toe. If you want to try it out I would recommend the smallest size.

  • Great for OUR Dane

    By on

The souper sized bone has been amazing for both my great dane and my pitt bull. Both are huge chewers and you would not believe the junk these babies get off their teeth! They both seem to love the bacon scented ends (they ignore the minty middle) and legally gnaw on it constantly...literally without ceasing. The nibs do wear down, but not too fast and at $11ish bucks is a steal considering the cost of greenies or the other "indestructible" $20 toys they destroy in am hour or two. Even the fire hose type toys can't survive these jaws more than a day or two...but this bone holds up! Very pleased and am buying again!

  • Green part comes off; souper is too big

    By on

My 70lb 7mo lab really loves this toy. He's ripped off all the rubber part around the center, and we'll see if he still likes it when it's a bare bone. Beware - the souper is enormous; I recommend sizing down.

  • My dog loves this bone!

    By on

This bone keeps my dog satisfied as he chews on it easily 2 hours daily. I do have to replace it about every 6-8 weeks because he wears it down with the heavy use.

  • Her Favorite

    By on

My Hope had one of these bones for a long time, we left it in the car & it got lost, so after a year was found & it became her favorite thing to chew on daily. It was not in bad shape, but she is a agressive chewer & I thought it needed replacement, so she is still a happy cherer
