Rated 4 out of 5 by 3dogs tasty treats, but no substitute for joint supplements
The dogs loved these biscuits, just as they do all the Old Mother Hubbard brand treats. Gobbled them right up, and wanted more!
Be aware, however, that the bag lists totals of 750 mg/kg of Glucosamine and 250 mg/kg of Chondroitin. That amount is not *per treat*. That amount is per kilogram. An entire bag is just over half a kilogram (567g). These treats do not replace giving your arthritic dog glucosamine and chondroitin supplements. The dog will only get a small amount per treat.
That said, my dogs loved eating these treats, and they do provide a little extra bit of gluco/chond help for my old girl. I give them along with a daily joint supplement to make sure she gets enough of what she needs.

Brought some out to share with the neighbors dog. Owner said he wouldn't eat them, he was very picky and only are soft biscuits. He ate 4 and followed me home for more !

Rated 3 out of 5 by Kimmy A little too hard for seniors
I have a small breed dog who has bad teeth from old age and luckily she can chew these but I keep worrying her teeth will fall out. If your dog has good teeth go for it.

These treats are great! I buy many different treats off of Chewy and I like to let people know my honest opinion... My 2 German Shepherds love these treats and I love them too because of the glucosamine for their joints... My dogs are only 1 year old but I give them around 2 a day... Why wait until they are older to start protecting their joints... I recommend these treats to anyone wanting to protect their dogs mobility and they love the taste too!

Rated 5 out of 5 by mik23 good for arthritis
I have given this to my 2 goldens. Seems to put off arthritis symptoms when they're started on it when they're young and seems to help once symptoms start to show.

by FXDAwg Our Abby is like a puppy again (well, almost!)
We have an 8 year old chow. She had a knee surgery a couple years ago and she moved pretty slow. We have a big fenced in yard and we just let our dogs out to run around. Our 2 year old chow usually runs around and you see her here and there running by herself and then taunting Abby to play. Abby wouldn't run but she would play and they'd wrestle around and then Josie would go run around some more. Well, Josie doesn't run alone anymore! Abby is right there with her and doing some taunting of her own since we've been giving her the hip & joint biscuits. She is like a different dog! Still sweet and loving but now she is a really active dog (I mean for a chow!)
