Rated 1 out of 5 by from I didn't like it I ordered the crate for a small dog but it was hard to put together especially for one person and was uch heavier than I wanted. I gave it away and bought a lighter crate with a carrrying handle. It wasn't misrepresented just not particularly convenient or eaasy to use.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Super Nice dog digs!!! The reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 is because my dog "busted out" three times!!! She's not a really big dog ( 58 lbs ) and I don't know how she did it since I was not there at the time. So, now I have to wrap bungee cords around the front door opening. It works!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Purchase for the Traveling Dog This crate is excellent for people who travel with their dog. When folded and stored in the bag, it looks like a suitcase. The wheels are a wonderful convenience. It is a bit difficult to assemble and store the first time you do each, but once you get the hang of it, it takes only seconds. The pad is very plush, a bit large for the crate, but would rather it be a bit too big than too small. The only negative I have found thus far is the door locks are not very well secured to the crate itself. Very small flat head screws are used rather than a nut and bolt assembly with a nut on the inside of the crate. If I continue to have to tighten these, I will try to purchase nut and bolts sets to replace the screws, if anything that small is made. Let me add, this is not a reason to reduce my overall rating from 5 stars. All in all, this is a very nice unit and I would recommend it for purchase to a friend.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Defective Structure, False Durable Hardware I loved this crate at the first sight. It looks very attractive and durable. Each doors have two heavy locks and seems well attached from the manufacturer. After I assembled the crate, and opened the side gate door for my puppy to get in. The top lock came off! I looked at it, and found the lock was attacked with a wood screw and only less than 1 cm into the plastic frame. No wonder some of the users have the same experience that found the lock came off so easily! This is a defective structure and gives customers false durable feeling of the unit. I think Pet Gear needs to recall their product. If I can, I will give ZERO star on the rating. See attach photo for the lock.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best crate for the money! My husband and I have four shelties - two puppies and an older rescue girl that has separation anxiety and gets destructive when left without her people. This crate has saved my sanity - my home and keeps my dogs safely where they are supposed to be - with no escaping (as with other soft sided crates). It is a great bargain for the money. Very sturdy - easy to set up and the medium size one easily holds two of my shelties comfortably with room to spare. Thank you for helping to make my life easier!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Expensive blow molded plastic teether for my puppy This crate needs some improvements before I'd recommend it. I've had it for about 2 months. When left open, my puppy chews on the blow molded plastic door frame edges. One of the door latch tabs broke off which was surprising since they are metal. I'm really not sure how it happened since it's on a door that faces a wall. I found it on my kitchen floor and it took a while to figure out what it was. I'm glad my dog didn't find it first since it was sharp along the edge where it broke off. On the positive side, the crate looks much nicer than most others and the wheels are handy for moving the crate around when I'm washing the floor.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Traveling Crate We are using this as our traveling crate in our motorhome and it fits perfectly. We don't have to constantly move crate at home to motorhome when traveling. The construction is excellent and color is great. It was easy to set up, about 5 minutes, and the various doors are a plus. The pad could be a little thicker, but it's fine. Definitely worth the money!
