Rated 1 out of 5 by Lisa I was not happy.
The Good: This feeder has a nice weighted bottom and it is easy to refill.
The Bad: The food does not drop down into bowl. I have tried it with the black plastic piece in the bottom and without. I still have shake it to get the pea size cat kibble to drop.
I do not recommend this product.

Disappointed. Used for dry cat food but the food does not drop down, leaving the bowl empty but food in the top that will not drop down. I even removed the inside bar thinking that would help but it didn't. Looks good but doesn't work

Stores about 3-4 days worth of cat food depending upon your cats appetite. Easy to clean. Great value.

This thing is great the puppy eats whenever he likes
and doesn't over eat. The price was right and Chewy
did a great job getting all my stuff here on time.
The free shipping was nice as well.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Patricia this feeder is not functional
I've used a feeder in the past for my cats and they worked great but this one is not designed so that the
food automatically falls into the bowl. Both Bandit and Buddy try to reach in and cause the food to drop but it doesn't work.
so I tried to reach in and had a hard time reaching the food source to make it drop into the bowl. If we had to be away for any time I fear they wouldn't be able to get their food Hopefully I'll find another feeder that they can work but it isn't this one!

Rated 1 out of 5 by Diana07 Unless the whole thing is completely full, doesn't seem like the food falls out to the bowl section
I came home after 2 days and the bowl section was basically empty while the storage section still had a couple of inches of food pellets trapped in it. I'm thinking that unless the food storage section was very very full and the weight of it was very great, the food does not get pushed out to the bowl section at all. Would proceed with caution if you were thinking of using this to feed your pet while you're gone for a certain period of time.
