Enjoy an Easier Walk with Your Pup

If your dog tends to pull on the leash, daily walks can be stressful for both of you. PetSafe's Gentle Leader Headcollar and Easy Walk Harness make the task of walking your dog an enjoyable experience. They give you immediate control and they're comfortable for your pet, unlike standard collars that can cause choking.

Enjoy an Easier Walk with Your Pup
Less Pulling, More Bonding

Less Pulling, More Bonding

Pet parents agree that the Easy Walk Harness makes such a difference that it's like walking a new dog. Instead of pulling your pup's neck, the Easy Walk redirects the entire torso. The leash connects at the chest with a Martingale loop, so a gentle tug moves her whole body in the direction you want to go. Less time playing tug-of-war means more time for bonding with your pet on your walks.

Uniquely Designed for Gentle Control

The Gentle Leader Headcollar puts you, not your eager walking buddy, in control of the walk. The nose loop redirects your dog's head toward you when she pulls. She'll quickly learn that she's not getting anywhere by pulling forward, and you'll have her full attention. The Gentle Leader is ideal for training dogs to heel and teaching them to walk on a leash without pulling.

Uniquely Designed for Gentle Control
Get the Perfect Fit

Get the Perfect Fit

Both the Gentle Leader and Easy Walk come in a variety of sizes to fit any dog comfortably.

The Easy Walk rests across the chest and wraps around the torso. If it looks like a sideways T, you'll know you have the proper fit. With four adjustment points and quick-snap buckles on the shoulder and belly straps, Easy Walk gives a reliable fit.

The Gentle Leader Headcollar slips securely over your dog's nose and sits high on her neck without putting pressure on her throat. It should form a V when fit properly, and your pup will still be able to eat and carry their favorite tennis ball along with them when wearing the Gentle Leader.

PetSafe Easy Walk Dog Harness, Purple/Black is rated 4.5 out of 5 by 90.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product- works extremely well I purchased this harness for my 11 month old labradoodle, who pulls and tugs when I take her for a walk. I really didn't think that it could possibly work, but, lo and behold!!!! first time on the leash with her new harness on and I was not dragged down the street! It works!!! very nicely. I figured that it would take some training along with using this harness, but none is needed. I purchased a medium-large, as her chest circumference was too big for a medium, - I do have it adjusted so that it is as small as it can get, but it fits her just fine that way. I imagine she will grow some more and I didn't want to have to purchase another one in a few months. I highly recommend this harness for anyone having issues of having your dog pull you down the street when you go for a walk. I had been looking at all kinds of "no-pull" harnesses and am very happy that I chose this one. Changing the size of this harness to fit your dog is very easy. Great product. Both my dog and I enjoy going for a walk now.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Noticeable Improvement by 2nd use I adopted a 1 yr old boxer mix last November, and I had tried everything short of negative reinforcement. Wasted money on a trainer who didn't help with the leash manners at all, tried a head leader...she could escape it too easily. My girl pulls like a freight train. I spoke with a couple at the dog park who had these on their pups, and after that I decided I'd try one. We just got ours in and it's been torrential rain, but we've managed two walks with a noticeable improvement. It takes just a slight tug to correct her when she starts surging ahead, and she eases up her pace. After a few minutes on our second walk, I was able to relax my death grip on the leash. We haven't encountered one of her triggers (cats, birds) on our walks since we started using the Easy Walk, so I don't know how it will hold up to that challenge yet, but she did not drag me into her grandpawrents house this weekend for once and that's a start! My neighbors may think her name is "good girl" instead of "no, leave it" now. :)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wonderful product! Works wonders! I bought this harness for my 6 month old German Shepherd. She would always pull to the point of choking herself and of course, drag me right along with her! She would also jump on people when she first met them. This harness has corrected all of that bad behavior and I can now take her places without worrying about her hurting herself or someone else! She is a completely different dog! I work in a veterinary practice and a coworker recommended it to me, she has 2 boxers who are the same way, but with the harness, they are perfect gentlemen! I have recommended this harness to many clients and will continue to do so! I just love it!!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Extreme puller. I have a dog that I adopted from the shelter who loves walks, however is the worst dog ever on a leash and will pull HARD the whole time, even on longer 6+ mile walks. I have tried a couple of things, with doing the head halter first. The head halter was amazing and worked extremely well, however she never got used to it during our walks and would still pull to where her muzzle would be sore the next day (yes it was fitted correctly), so I decided to try this. The harness took some extra time to adjust, but once right it did help her pulling on walks (not as well as the halti did). She seems happier with the harness, so we will be using that daily. This product does help with pulling, and I do recommend it to help train pulling dogs to walk correctly at your side. If you have a large breed dog that is an extreme puller, I recommend trying the halti head collar first.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from worked like magic then fell apart on day 3 I have to say the first time I took my 50lb lab/pit mix for a walk with this, I was amazed. First walk in a year that I wasn't dragged along behind. It worked like magic! Then, on day 3, it ripped apart while we were walking. Thinking it was something the dog did to it, I sewed it back together and now just 3 weeks later, it is ripping apart in a new area. So while the design is great for slowing the dog down, the quality is extremely disappointing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product I got this for my dogs after seeing a huge improvement with another dog I walk (I'm a dog walker). My chihuahua mix responded to it immediately and she seems pretty comfortable in it. Definitely make sure you have it adjusted properly and on snug otherwise it's easy for them to slip out of it if they pull too much, and of course use it in addition to training.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from An okay product Sadly these are not the best thing in the world. After your dog has worn the harness a few times they stretch out, this means that the harness stops working effectively and you have issues with the dog pulling or getting their legs tangled in the leash. The sizes are not very true, and they are kinda expensive for only a couple of good uses.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Helps with pulling This harness "helps" with pulling. It is safer than a collar, that could cause damage their throat. I like it better than a back-clip harness, which seems to promote pulling (I have Siberian Huskies that want to pull instinctively).
