The Easy Walk Harness gently discourages your dog from pulling while on a leash. Easy to fit and comfortable to wear, the Easy Walk Harness makes walking enjoyable for you and your dog. The front-chest leash attachment helps you steer your dog to the side and redirect his attention toward you. The chest strap rests across your dog’s chest instead of putting pressure on the delicate throat, so there’s no choking or gagging. Now you can take the lead and enjoy the freedom of stress-free walks.

Enjoy an Easier Walk with Your Pup

If your dog tends to pull on the leash, daily walks can be stressful for both of you. PetSafe's Gentle Leader Headcollar and Easy Walk Harness make the task of walking your dog an enjoyable experience. They give you immediate control and they're comfortable for your pet, unlike standard collars that can cause choking.

Enjoy an Easier Walk with Your Pup
Less Pulling, More Bonding

Less Pulling, More Bonding

Pet parents agree that the Easy Walk Harness makes such a difference that it's like walking a new dog. Instead of pulling your pup's neck, the Easy Walk redirects the entire torso. The leash connects at the chest with a Martingale loop, so a gentle tug moves her whole body in the direction you want to go. Less time playing tug-of-war means more time for bonding with your pet on your walks.

Uniquely Designed for Gentle Control

The Gentle Leader Headcollar puts you, not your eager walking buddy, in control of the walk. The nose loop redirects your dog's head toward you when she pulls. She'll quickly learn that she's not getting anywhere by pulling forward, and you'll have her full attention. The Gentle Leader is ideal for training dogs to heel and teaching them to walk on a leash without pulling.

Uniquely Designed for Gentle Control
Get the Perfect Fit

Get the Perfect Fit

Both the Gentle Leader and Easy Walk come in a variety of sizes to fit any dog comfortably.

The Easy Walk rests across the chest and wraps around the torso. If it looks like a sideways T, you'll know you have the proper fit. With four adjustment points and quick-snap buckles on the shoulder and belly straps, Easy Walk gives a reliable fit.

The Gentle Leader Headcollar slips securely over your dog's nose and sits high on her neck without putting pressure on her throat. It should form a V when fit properly, and your pup will still be able to eat and carry their favorite tennis ball along with them when wearing the Gentle Leader.

PetSafe Easy Walk Dog Harness, Raspberry/Gray is rated 4.5 out of 5 by 164.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from So far so good. I have 2 dogs: 17 year old collie I was never able to train (he's smarter than I am), and a 3 year old pit bull I have trained but, she gets excited and forgets her manners from time to time. Every rabbit is OMGLET'SGOCHASECHASECHASE - Pull. I got the large for my collie, and the medium large for my pitbull (she's most likely an Am Staffie or a mix thereof, she has the right size, conformation, and color and all but she was a foundling)... She's smaller than what most people call a pit bull, only about 16 inches, maybe 18 at the shoulder, and only 40 lbs. The medium large fits her but is a BIT small (though I possibly just have the belly band too loose as well, and so tightened the chest too much...). The large fits weird on my old dog, but I don't know if it's his hair or his old age body: old dogs lose muscle and you've got bones sticking out every which way and the chest sort of caves in... FIT: it can be difficult? I tried to reverse them, and it works best the way I originally bought them. Average fit. USAGE: I don't know if I have arthritis or what but adjusting these hurt my hands... my brother said he had no trouble whatsoever (he's 5 years younger than I am, I'm only 27!) but gripping and moving the little metal sliders was hard for me. So, average here. WORKS: it's a bit like pulling a horse by the halter lead: you have more front power, so you can guide movement before it happens, versus with my other harnesses, which all connect from the back and so I'm usually trying to control movement AFTER it happens. Great lead power if you're using it right*. LOOKS: I got the raspberry for my girl and the red for my boy (he bites, and everyone thinks she's a he). Very clear colors, and easy to tell them apart: though they're similar, hers is definitely a darker pink, and his is definitely stoplight red. Not that anyone realizes that red means don't touch! FYI people, red collars, harnesses, leads, bandanas, etc, can signal a "dog in need of space."

Rated 3 out of 5 by from hard to fit for small dog My daughter loves the easy walk harness and recommended this harness to me. She has a large dog and it really worked for her. I tried to find a size that would work for my Jack Russell Terrier. I tried med/small and small and neither could be fitted properly for my small dog to walk normally. And we tried. The med/small comes with the same width of leash as the med. The small comes with much thinner leash width. In either case he could step over the piece that the leash attaches to. I am sorry it did not work.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from helpful harness This harness is very helpful. I have a german shepard lap mix who really needs a lot of walks to help her control her energy. She was physically harming me though, trying to walk her! This harness has cut back on her dragging me through the neighborhood 90%. She can tug if she gets really excited but a tug or two from me usually brings her back. It was VERY difficult to figure out how to get on, and it's not super girly pretty like I like, but it's a great overall product once you have some patience, watch a few videos, and go for it. One final thought: I measured her, and it's still a tiny bit loose, so it might be a tad bigger than expected. She's still a pup tho, so she'll grow into it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Easy on and off but We had purchased this at a local pet store while on vacation and then we discovered it at almost half the price on Chewy. Since we always have great success with Chewy and want to also be good stewards of our finances, we returned the one to the pet store and purchased the one online. However, it seems a slightly lesser quality (thinner, a bit flimsier), so we only hope it lasts the test of time. The product itself is advertised as "no pull", but that isn't the case with our little Sheltie girl. So that's why I can't give it the highest rating. Thank you.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from good collar for dogs that pull This collar is great. Easy to put on and take off. This collar limits the pulling of our 8 month old puppy. This is actually our 3rd as my puppy keeps chewing them (once while it was on and once while we left her unsupervised). Has nothing to do with the collar. Let's hope this one survives a lot longer. The price on Chewy.com was $10 less than two of our local pet shops. Love Chewy and their great prices. We received it within 2 days.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great tool for leash training/ dog walking I am a pet care provider/ dog walker, and I've used this harness for training puppies and for re-training older dogs to walk nicely on-leash. Once it has been adjusted to fit, it's very easy to get on and off, and it encourages side-walking without stress to the dog or the walker. Great product!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great harness! I have a pitbull who is a strong puller and this harness has helped reduce the pulling significantly so that I can walk her now. I recommend this harness for any dog that pulls because it really works. Also, it does not hurt the dog's throat as it sits on the chest.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from SO Easy To Put On I bought the original one over 20 years ago when they first came out. I have since tried several brands of other no pull harnesses and came back to this one. It is so easy to put on. No having to lift and fit thru the legs. If a dog is out of control and at a very high level of excitement there is NO harness that will prevent a dog from pulling. You need to strive for a calm dog. The Petsafe Easy Walk harness helps you have more control and keeps a dog's neck safe from choking, but it won't cure pulling in a dog that is highly focused on everything but you. It works well as a harness because the front attachment steers the dog back toward you if they insist on going forward ahead of you, therefore it discourages pulling by not allowing them to get to their objective by going forward. Keeping the dog in a calm state is the real solution but I feel this harness works best as a starting point toward that. It is made of a nice quality comfortable pliable nylon. Chewy.com has the best prices and variety of colors than anywhere!....and also for the matching leashes.
