Rated 3 out of 5 by RayS Decent enough for the price
If you need a quick, cheap solution to something, go for it. Perfect for your puppy who is crate training and you don't care that it gets trashed.
I wish I'd seen this but the wash instructions say LINE DRY ONLY. What?! Ugh, no. Line dry is for my delicates, not my dog's crate pad. -1 right out of the gate.
It is not thick at all. I had read some reviews and I bought up a size. In my "up to 55 lbs" crate, I have a large. The pad is big enough that I can fold it up in half so it provides some cushion. I suppose this could be a plus. For the cost, my puppy gets some cushioning AND a chew toy.
It seems to have held up in the wash, unlike some of the other reviewers I read. My "dots" haven't fallen off. The only falling apart has been because of a puppy deciding to chew the pad instead of her toy. Since then, I've given up on the line dry, and it's still together. Somehow. I'll probably buy another at some point down the line seeing as they're so cheap.

They are comfortable for my dogs. I like they are skid resistant on the bottom. Too bad they are not made in the USA! They should be!

I bought this mat for my 12 y/o miniature pinscher's travel kennel & it's just ok. Let's start w/ the positives. The mat is priced affordably, the faux fur (on top of the mat) is soft, & the tiny rubber dots (on the back of the mat) prevent it from slipping & sliding, in the kennel. As far, as the negatives go, I wish the manufacturer had used a padding w/ a little bit more density, in the core of the mat, & the little black gripper dots (on the back of the mat) didn't start coming off after just one wash. (Which, by the way, was done per the manufacturer's instructions.) Overall, I would say, the mat is worth buying, if it's not going to be used on a day-to-day basis. I only use this mat in my dog's travel kennel, so she can be more comfortable, when I need to take her to the vet or groomer. If you're in the market for such a mat, you're "barking up the right tree!"

Rated 5 out of 5 by Jennifer Just what I was looking for!
I was looking for something soft, washable, and stuffing-free for my kelpie's crate. I use a large old blanket underneath this mat for padding, and my dog lays on the mat and snuggles with a fleece throw. She loves it. Even if she does decide to shred it to pieces one day - I won't be upset because it is inexpensive.

I bought this to fit in the medium Precision Provalu dog crate. It fits perfectly. I was just looking for something cheap because my dog is a chewer and I was afraid he might tear up whatever I put in his crate. It's thin, not very plush, but soft enough to give him something nice to lay on. I've had it for a couple of weeks now and he has not shown any inclination to chew it up yet, which is lucky. It would not stand up to any abuse, but it has served my purposes for the time being.

I ordered this to fit on a bed I purchased previously. It is a little slippery on the material the bed is made out of but the size is perfect. It works well in a crate, which it is designed for.

It is so soft and now my dog will go in her cage even when she doesn't have to just so she can lay on this! I love it!
