My Maltipoo likes these okay, however, when I feed her these her stool becomes very loose. Also, I have to break these up for her and these are very hard. I can barely break these. I will not buy these again. Also they are VERY expensive for the amount you get.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Satch Nice .. smells good enough for humans
One ingredient ... Buffalo Liver
Made in the USA
And they smell great ! These buffalo must have been eating some wonderfully clean grass as these dried liver chunks smell good enough for human consumption!! Native Americans would always eat the Buffalo Liver first for it's nutrients, RAW. These are Dry Roasted and if you go to Primal's web page you can see the list of the minerals, and that these are 51 % protein, and only 19% fat. Most dog treats are loaded with fat... not these.
If you happen to have a dog with allergies, this single source protein treat is a great choice. They come in a little 1x1x1/8th thick square that can be broken up into smaller bits for training.
I used these during hunting season and was very impressed with Primal s quality.

My dog actually discovered this treat. We were in the vet's office, and they had a display with lots of Primal treats. My dog would not stop sniffing this treat, so I bought a bag for her. They are hard, but can easily be broken into smaller pieces.
