Rated 5 out of 5 by Melmel Fishy smell and a bit pricy, but great product!
My mini poodle gal can have a bit of a sensitive stomach. I had her on Pro Plan's lamb formula and a daily probiotic, but that didn't help enough. She'd still have a rumbling stomach, gas that could clear a room, etc. I switched to this food and the difference is amazing.
Not only that, but my gal loves her salmon kibble. While I was switching from her old food to this one, she would pick out the salmon kibble first before eating the old stuff. She'll even take it as training treats! I think it's the smell and the small size that makes this food so attractive to my dog. The kibble size is definitely small enough for small dogs like mini poodles are even tiny dogs like chihuahuas.
If you can't stomach the smell of fish, you might want to avoid this product, though. Especially when freshly-opened, it has a very strong odor.

Bradley's been on this Purina Pro Plan for 3 yrs., He loves it. His coat is shiny & rarely has tummy problems (only 'cause he ate something he shouldn't have).

Rated 5 out of 5 by Samibern vet told me to get this
I already wrote about this somewhere else on the Chewy site.I have a 6 month old puppy and the breeder fed him iams and pedigree- I switched him to Whole earth and at the suggestion of a rep at Chewy switched from that to Fromm puppy food. All was well for over a month and then he got diarrhea had to go to the vet got an antibiotic continued to have problems and the vet switched him to the Purina.I envisioned feeding him a premium healthy food like Fromm from a family owned company. The Purina gets a lot of disparaging remarks on websites like dog food advisor but it has worked( he also gets organic meats and sweet potato and probiotic)Eventually I will research other foods- without lots of chickpeas, lentils and pea protein these are hard to digest as are too many grains.I have to trust the vet on this one and as alluring as it is to feed these "wholesome" premium foods the reality can be different.I have a senior adopted dog with extreme food sensitivities and all the premium brands I tried didn't work she eats canned venison natural balance now.I am tired of researching dog food and it is time to trust the vet and use the Purina which is giving him firm stools. He is young and in the future I hope to find a "healthier" food that also works but for now I have had it with experimenting and reading a million reviews .

Great food if you have a dog with allergies and touchy stomachs. Low amount of stool. Very good project!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Setters Love this food!
I have 6 dogs, three of which have different allergies. It was nice to finally find a high quality food they could all eat. The one dog had really brittle hair and bald spots but after a few weeks of exclusively feeding this food he has a gorgeouss full shiny coat. And ask the dogs love the salmon flavor!
