  • Used for an elderly lab recovering from liver failure

    By on

My elderly lab had an acute illness and was unable to keep down anything but wet dog food. He had this while being treated by the vet for acute liver failure and kept it down. I've used it to help him put weight back on with great success. He can eat a large amount and keep it down because it's easily digestible.

  • Working for Our 11-Year Old Dog With Bowel Control Issues

    By on

I have an 11-year old German Shepherd who was pooping in the house a few times a day. It was not a behavioral issue and I did some research on line to find a dog food that was less-rich for her. After about two days, switching to this food really helped to fix the problem, which has resulted in her being a MUCH happier dog! Prior to switching to this low-residue food, she was having accidents 1-2 times per day in the house and she was very embarrassed by it. As much as I want to give her a wide variety of tasty options, this was the right choice for her. It must be pretty delicious, because I can't open the bag without my cats trying to eat it.

  • Fixed my old guy right up!

    By on

My old guy, Radar, was having some very disturbing gastro-intestinal upset. My vet recommended another brand of GI prescription food and while in her office, I conveniently it up on Chewy.com from my phone. I saw that Purina's version was a lot less expensive and she agreed we could try it. Fixed Radar right up!

  • worked well for my dog.

My dog Irish Setter had problems with diarrhea and I tried medication, diet changes and nothing was working Until my Vet said try your Diet food. Once I put her on your En Gastroenteric Plan, he has had no diarrhea and he loves the food. Made us both happy campers!

  • IAMS replacement

    By on

IAMS quit making food Bailee was on for 1.5 years with no problems. Royal Canin Replacement was not tolerated so vet suggested Purina. Seems to be doing better and she at least likes the taste of it. Time will tell if intestinal issues subside.

  • Works wonders for my pup

    By on

After 2 months of battle with the poop brigade and then my poor puppy having blood in her poop and only eating rice our vet recommended trying this food. Within a day she was back to herself. We were so glad we didn't have to keep her kenneled anymore. If your pup has gastro issues I highly recommend asking your vet about using EN Gastroenteric.

  • EN saved our Yorkies life.

    By on

Three years ago our Yorkie literally almost died from pancreatitis. We took her to the vets where she stayed during the day then at 8:00pm we had to take her 30 miles to an emergency hospital then pick her up at 7AM and take her back to the vet, we did this a week. Our vet called in specialist from Ohio State Hospital to examine her. They put her on EN and she improved with meds and since the meds were finished she has thrived. This is all she ever gets for food, snacks and treats and no more episodes. They really thought she was not going to survive. So with the excellent Medical Care and EN she is with us doing fine today.

  • Best dog food for sensitive stomach

    By on

My dog has a very sensitive digestive system and this is the only food that her system can tolerate. She eats the dry and a little of the wet version and loves them both. Recommended to a friend and it's worked for his dog as well.
