Rated 5 out of 5 by Amazing Service! It was a truly great experience to work with the customer service team at Chewy.com. They seem to really care about their jobs and their customers. They made buying a bag of dog food fun. I manage a customer service team and I used your service as an example of what I want our team to emulate. October 28, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Does the job The product works for my dog.He eats it and he doesn't get ear infections. October 20, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great for allergies This prescription-only dog food is on the expensive side but it is worth it. My little dog no longer sneezes, coughs, bites at himself, scratches his ears, etc. This food makes his poo very dry and hard but he doesn't seem to struggle when he goes so it really isn't a problem. I have not fed him any treats or anything other than Royal Canin Ultamino for about one year and he's doing great. October 12, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Amazing Food! Amazing! I have a 2 year old GSD that has had many problems with food allergies and gastrointestinal problems. We have gone through several different brands and this is the only food he absolutely enjoys to eat and has worked!! Yay, happy and healthy dog= happy mama! September 6, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by So far, so good My year and a half old Frenchie began having allergie skin reactions when I tried switching his food brands. I should have known better and stuck with what was working, but I wanted to move him to the food my second Frenchie was eating (she has an iron stomach). Long story short, among other lovely symptoms, he started losing all the hair on his belly and rear legs; he is now seeing a dermatologist and she has put him on an elimination diet with nothing but Ultamino for the next 12 weeks. After four weeks, he is responding to it well; the skin pustules on his groin have gone down and the gunk in his ears has cleared. He still has red spots where the pustules were and the interior of the ears is still red, but he is feeling much better and is much more active. The hair is starting to grow back slowly. I am hopeful we can get him onto a regular food eventually, but if this is all he can ever eat, then so be it. He's a Frenchie and these things happen to them. A lot. Although the odor was a little off putting to me at first, he loves it and I've gotten used to it. March 7, 2016

Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Food! My Doxie has had skin issues for years and continues to lose weight. Within a week he was putting on weight and his skin was getting better! So thankful that I am using this now. August 12, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great less, less filling My dog loves this dog food, but he seems to still be hungry after eating. Also, his bowel movements are a little on the dry side. No other side effects that I can see. July 15, 2016
