Instructions

For coats with mats or tangles, use a comb or rake to detangle the hair prior to brushing. Starting at the head, move toward the tail, then down the legs using long strokes that follow the direction of hair growth. The pin brush can also be used to fluff the coat by brushing against the direction of hair growth.

  • My favorite brush

    By on

This is the primary brush I use for grooming my dogs. The pin wire side I use to remove matted hair or to stimulate and massage the dog's scalp. The soft brush side I use to make their hair shine. If you can only get one brush, this is it.

  • Good for a puppy

my primary grooming tool is a wire brush but I wanted something less serious for my puppy to get her used to being brushed. This did the trick..

  • Good brush

I got this brush for my 2 long hair mini dachshunds. I like that I can gently detangle with the soft bristle side, and use the metal side too. The metal side has soft ends so it does not scratch their skin. My boys enjoy getting brushed.

The 2 sided brush makes for easier grooming having one side for brushing & the other side to remove tangles & shedding hair.

  • Best Brush Ever

    By on

After buying a worthless Hartz brush similar to this and being extremely frustrated with the way the rubber piece that the metal 'fingers' are in kept coming out from the brush (with NO response from Hartz I might ad!!!) I threw it away and found this brush. So glad I did - my dog loves it and it really takes out the hair (she's an Anatolian/Pyr mix) I'm glad someone figured out the rubber piece needs to be ATTACHED - not just stuck in there!

  • Go for it!

Excellent brush for the money and my dog Buster tolerates it well. He has long hair, GoldenChow, and needs brushing every day. Sometimes I have to tell him "no brushing" or he won't take me for a walk.

  • Quality brush

Excellent brush for a very low price. Handle is wood. Brush is sturdy but not to stiff to irritate skin of short hair dogs.

  • Very Nice Brush

Nice brush for the money. I have a 7 month old GSD. the hair comes off nicely and stays put in the bristles until removed.
