Rated 5 out of 5 by Emily35 Seresto Collars WORK
We live in Connecticut where ticks and Lyme disease are rampant. I'm not a fan of the flea drops because of the side effects, including the "skin crawling" sensation my lab would experience. For me, the Seresto flea collars are the reliable and safer choice.
We've been using the Seresto Large Dog flea collar for almost two years with my 65lb lab and the ticks I have found have either been dead or just crawling on him, even after a day in the woods. Proof enough for me the flea collar is working if the ticks aren't biting him or die before they become engorged.
Now that we've added a second rescue pup to our family, I'm back for another collar because I know it will keep both of my dogs safer. I don't have to worry about the side effects of the drops or them licking insecticide off each other or themselves.
The collar is also a much more economical purchase than the drops. Chewy has a great price on this collar (as with everything) and their customer service is exceptional.

Rated 5 out of 5 by FurMommyof8 A great value
I have 7 dogs in my home. I have been struggling for years with the effectiveness, cost and difficulty of applying topical flea/tick treatments. My dogs hated them! Pill treatments didn't work well either. I first purchased Seresto from a company in the UK (before finding chewy.com) to test it with 2 of my dogs. Within days their fleas were gone and their skin irritations started to clear up. It was like the miracle I had been looking for. We also had a problem with ticks, but not anymore. And by the way, mine actually did last the entire 8 months advertised. Because it really works for me, it's the most cost effective solution I've found to date (it costs about $5/month per collar from chewy.com). The collars contain the same dosage so I'm able to split one large collar into 2 smaller ones (the only differences are the large collar is wider and longer than the small). No more stressful applications of topicals for any of us. I hope I'll never have to use anything else.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Hobo Awesome Product Highly Recommend!
I highly recommend this product to anyone. One of our dogs gets deathly ill with oral flea products and tried this product at the recommendation of our veterinarian--she was right simply a great alternative. Seresto is not an alternative it is the only product we use for her, more importantly it works, it is affordable and less expensive than any of the oral medications without the side effects. I have recommended this product to more than 25 friends and relatives and not one of them have been disappointed with the product.
My only negative about Seresto? It does not offer bling other than a few reflectors for night safety. When she steps out on the town or farm she is without fleas and ticks but not as stylish as I think she could be. Living on a farm she is exposed to a lot of flea and tick and its a non-issue. But when out on the town I wish it was maybe in a color option at least.
Great product I highly recommend Seresto!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Barbara82 Have been using sorento on all 3 of my dogs, Love It!
have 3 dogs and treated them for elimination of fleas & ticks for years. I live in a very rural, heavily treed, wild plant area so ticks and fleas are always present. I Switched to Sorento when it first went on the market. It does everything it advertises and when you compare costs with other flea and tick preventatives it certainly is more cost effective. will keep buying and using Soresto

Rated 1 out of 5 by Lexi Seresto did not work
I have two large dogs and a cat. I spent a lot of money on these collars and they do not work at all. We have used them multiple times and they worked great, until I bought them from chewy. I bought these in august, and gave them some time to 'kick in' but now its october and my dogs still have fleas. I would love a refund.

Rated 5 out of 5 by dawndeeee Best flea prevention
I have previously ordered the serenata collars for all of my dogs. I've heard some bad reviews with irritations to the dogs skin, but none of my dogs had any negative reactions. I am a foster, so I've had many different types of dogs with sensitive skin (Great Dane, Yorkie, Bichon, wheaten terrier, havanese). I've found that this is the most economical way for me to treat my dogs for flea/tick prevention with out comprimising their risk.

These are excellent collars. We bought this one for a 45 lb mixed Bassett. We have 3 more dogs all over 50 lbs. we do not live in woods but fleas have been a problem over the years. We used them before but the dogs chewed them off each other as they were playing. So we just bought one since he seems to be the only one the fleas like. He is not chewing or scratching and the collar is still on a month later. We used the same collars made for cars for one who was scratching and digging and just eat up with fleas. Within a few days all the fleas were gone. We prefer these over the topicals anytime. As long as the dogs don't chew them off each other it should work. We have never found ticks on them so I can't say about that. But for fleas it does the job for where we live.

Rated 4 out of 5 by pickel keeping collar tight
It is hard to keep the collar snug as it is supposed to be when you have more than one dog and they roll around and play with each other. I have to readjust it daily. I love the length of use for the collar and the thought of no stick stuff on the back of their neck but worried about the functunality if it has to keep being adjusted.pic
