Sojos Complete is a wholesome grain and gluten-free dog food that you simply combine with water to create your own fresh, homemade dog food. 1 pound of Complete rehydrates to 4 pounds of fresh, raw food your dog will love. This recipe is made with USDA freeze-dried raw beef and other all-natural ingredients.

Key Benefits

  • A 100% natural, complete and balanced, all life stage dog food that starts with USDA freeze-dried raw beef as the #1 ingredient followed by fruits, vegetables, vitamins and minerals.
  • The freeze drying process removes all the moisture from the food and retains vital proteins, minerals, and nutrients. It also allows the raw meat to stay shelf stable and means you can easily and conveniently feed your pup a raw diet. Since moisture has been removed it also take up less space: it rehydrates to 5 times the dry amount! To serve, all you do is add water, let soak for 15 minutes, and then serve.
  • This veterinarian-recommended grain and gluten-free recipe doesn't contain any soy, by-products, GMO's, added sugar or salt, artificial color or preservatives, so not only is it great for sensitive stomachs but you can feel confident about feeding it.
  • Added Flaxseed has natural omega fatty acids to promote skin and coat health while pumpkin is loaded with fiber to help with a healthy digestive tract.
  • Made in the USA!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Life saver, literally My largest German shorthaired pointer has IBS and got extremely ill with a severe case of pancreatitis. He was frightened to eat and would shake in fear. Anything I did manage to get into his system bubbled , gurgled, caused him much pain and came out the other end runny and with blood. After three weeks of Imodium and trying to get his belly just to settle, in desperation I went to this brand of dehydrated dog food away from The best quality dry foods available. I use the base grain free Sojos mixed with meat most of the time, and the meat enriched one for a change in variety. I have four large dogs and this is a bit more expensive but, all of them are on this brand now and extremely happy to eat, comfortable and the allergies of the other two have gone as well. Worth every penny. We did try the honest kitchen which is an exceptional food however it did not pass their doggie taste tests. I would recommend that food highly as well if your dog will eat it .

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sojos is Amazinggggg! I am the food guru for a 11K+ sheltie group. Shelties need to be very careful to have lower fat foods. Sojos Complete Beef sure fits the bill. The dogs LOVE it. I tried a couple other brands of dehydrated / freeze dried before this and I am entirely impressed with the product. I like the look and consistency. I like the many small chunks of meat throughout. It smells great. You don't feed huge amounts so this is worth it. My older dog has a whole lot less arthritis on the freeze dried raw and my younger sheltie who is constipated on even high-end kibble is perfect now. Their teeth are great, coat great, energy and satisfaction great. This food is amazinggggg. In the picture, Sojos is in the yellow bag on the left and the right white bag is another brand that is actually more expensive. It's a nice food but I think Sojos is my favorite.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from convenient alternative to cooking homemade for my dogs I've got six rescued dogs, most of them are now over 10, ranging from a Lab to a Pitbull to several medium to smaller mixed breeds. One of my female smaller dogs (25 lb) began to show signs of reluctance with the kibble which I wet with 50/50 water and quality canned food, so I looked around for something different, something softer for her. I almost bought a softer type of dry food when I saw this Sojos Beef recipe. I immediately figured it was worth a try. The smell was clean and the product looked like a veggie soup mix with chunks of dehydrated meat. When adding water the product needed a fair bit of time to absorb the water and still seemed a bit soupy, but my girl took to the taste immediately. In fact they all wanted some. I decided to heat it up to barely a simmer then turn off the heat and let it sit covered for a half hour to thicken and cool. Yeah, I know the whole "raw"thing, but I often cook for my dogs and this stuff actually makes a real good base when just brought to a simmer then cooled. I'm still experimenting, but the bottom line is every one of my dogs gobble this stuff down with gusto. And so far so good on their energy and digestion. There appears to be a fair amount of carrots and what appears to be cabbage and an very palatable herbal flavor. I'll probably combine this with boiled chicken at times since my main interest is not so much raw, but clean ingredients, the lack of additives, palatability, effectiveness and to some degree price. I won't be switching all my dogs to this as their main diet, but for a couple smaller dogs it's quite affordable, and I can use it as a portion of the diets of my larger dogs. I do recommend giving it a try.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So far, So good! Very glad to finally have found a dehydrated raw food that actually lasts a month when feeding a 50lb dog! Also, my dog tends to become allergic to just about everything at some point, even the dehydrated raw she has had in the past from another reputable and great company. We've been using the Sojos for an entire month with positive results. No itchy ears or coat, she's shiny and in good flesh- some raw foods don't keep enough 'bulk' on the dog without feeding a ridiculous amount. Very pleased so far and about to start on our second month. I did find that the recommended serving size was way too large for her stomach capacity, but she seems to be doing fine with half of that. You do have to add quite a bit of water and let the meals soak for at least 8 hours to be optimally digestible, but I've found making them ahead of time does seem to streamline things.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from New found delight I have 5 dogs and with the allergies of my pug and the dangers of canned food recalls these days I was looking for an alternative to soft food and I found it in this. I make most of a meal of it for my senior pug adding to kibble and grain-free rolls of food cut into chunks and this brings it all together. She gobbles it up. I add this dry to my large dogs food and just add a tiny bit of water to make it coat the kibble and they eat all their food. No more kibble all over the floor because they picked out the good part ... they eat it all. I will try another flavor but the beef was a big hit!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Really not a hit with my finicky dog I ordered this product along with the turkey flavor after speaking with chewy customer service. My dog will only eat human food such as chicken, turkey, beef, cheese & I wanted to get her to eat something made for dogs that she might like. It really didn't do the trick even trying different methods. My other dogs won't even come near it even though they eat regular dog food. So I have to say in this case it was a fail and purchasing 2 bags was an expensive lesson for sure.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from make sure to add toppers! got this at a local hollistic dog store, little cheaper on chewy which is nice. with orijen lowering their standards and switching their facilities i thought it was a good time to go to a dehydrated / raw diet. i'm just on sojos at the moment. a good addition is from honest kitchen called popper toppers. basically 100% meat to add on top to help fill the pups up. i really like that someone on here simmers it a little bit i'm going to try that!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Like, sort of... My dog just devours this food. I like the fact that it is raw and contains all the digestive enzymes that nature has provided. Sojo's has the oriental food effect on my dog, he is hungry 2 hours later. I have had to supplement with an almost equal amount of quality dry food so that my active puppy is able to make it to the next mealtime. More beef please!
