Rated 4 out of 5 by from Not enough time to tell I haven't had her on it long enough to give a fair judgement however she seems to have very smelly gas. I have to tell you this little baby girl was walking the street in my Neighborhood at 6 weeks old. Found the owner that had moved from Ca and when we returned her, they said we don't want her she pees everywhere and runs away! Can u even imagine? A 6 week old baby with no fence and left to wander and possibly get killed by a car or what ever? I took her home and spent the 1st week getting up every 2 to 3 hours taking her out to potty and in one week she was trained!! So cute, she runs out the doggie door and squats and has never had an accident ever in my house. I love her so very much however my 7 yr old Puggle is wondering what the heck I was thinking. She has most likely put many piercings in his poor ears with those needle sharp baby teeth! She has had all her shots and gaining weight and very shinny coat.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Reduces Stooling Significantly! I bought this dog food after my puppy's obedience trainer told me that his current brand is what was making him have to poop so much (at LEAST 3x/hour!); he was getting more junk than nutrients. After an exhaustive search (because every manufacturer thinks their brand is the best), I settled on Taste of the Wild because of the sheer number of customers' positive reviews across many sites. Although his poops are especially odiferous now, he is going to the bathroom MUCH less and the waste is very solid. I would absolutely buy this dog food again!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Two thumbs up! I have a 10 month old Corgi that was on another popular dry food brand when we got her just over a month ago. After doing a little research, I decided that I would like to try her on something a little healthier with more sources for protein. Taste of the Wild is not only grain free, but the other added ingredients that you get are just as beneficial to them. She has been on it for a week today and we have already noticed a beautiful improvement to her coat. It's noticeably more shiny now than it was before. The only possible downside I have noticed is she has gotten a little picky about eating it dry. She has always eaten dry dog food and of the same size kibble, but for some reason she tends to turn her nose up at it for awhile and typically if we give in and add a little bit of water to it then she will eat it almost instantly. This may change over time, but we'll just have to see. Overall I do think it's a great dog food though.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great taste and superior quality We were in search of a new food for our 4 month old puppy after she no longer wanted to eat the food we gave her from the breeder. After much research for quality and taste, we decided to give TOTW a try. Let me tell you that we are so happy we did. I came here to sign up for auto-ship and had to write a review. I know there are other new puppy owners who could benefit from this. She loves it and eats it up as soon as we put it down. We add a little water, put it in her bowl and it's gone within minutes. To top it off, her poo is firm and her coat is looking shinier every day! Two thumbs up for Taste of the Wild High Prairie Puppy Formula Grain-Free Dry Dog Food!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very excited about trying this dog food. We rescued a puppy from a southern kill shelter who was only 10 weeks old. They were feeding him a major brand of low quality dog food when we got him. We changed to this puppy food and within a week his coat and skin has transformed into a really healthy looking, soft coat. He was always scratching and picking at himself and he no longer does that. He has gained weight and doesn't look emaciated anymore and has way more energy and much more playful. So far, I'm very impressed with this new food!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not for my puppy:( I have an Alaskan Klee Kai and he's at 5 months and he has a pretty sensitive stomach. Based on all the amazing reviews on this food I thought I'd try it since he'd been getting less enthusiastic about the Wellness Core puppy food he's been eating for 3 months. Also, since my vet thought maybe he was getting too much of a chicken-based diet and that he might do better with a little variety the Venison and Bison in the Taste of Wile sounded perfect. However, even though he loved it on his first try he had diarrhea later. After that I tried for 3 weeks slowly mixing in just a little bit in with the Wellness but anytime I added more than a handful he'd get loose stools. I don't think there's anything wrong with the food but I guess it's just not for him. One thing I've noticed though is that his coat seems more shinier and softer than it was before. Thankfully Chewy refunded my money and I am going to try Nature's Balance next since he absolutely loves their biscuits.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best premium food for the price I've been a dog owner for over 30 years and I will say this is probably the most underrated premium dog food currently on the market. Focus on the ingredients. You cannot possibly beat the bang for your buck on this food. Comparable foods with similar ingredients are easily $20 per bag more. Don't let the buffalo scare you off. Believe me, you're dog doesn't care. It's quality ingredients and highly digestible. My vet was amazed at the ingredients to price ratio.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product My 4 month old boxer loves it. Her coat is shiny and she eats less food than the cheap stuff we were giving her. Solid stool even without slowly introducing it to her.
