Energy That Lasts

Taste of the Wild is made with premium meats like wild boar; buffalo; smoked salmon and turkey; and roasted bison, lamb, quail, venison and duck. Every formula is grain-free and provides lasting energy with complex carbs from sweet potatoes and legumes. These highly digestible proteins and fiber-rich carbohydrates will keep your pup feeling full and energized throughout the day.

Immune System Support

Immune System Support

Since 70% of your pet's immune system is found in the gut, it makes sense to choose a food that's good for the digestive tract. Taste of the Wild includes prebiotics and species-specific probiotics with bacteria that's naturally found in a dog's GI tract. The proprietary K9 Strain probiotics are added after the kibble is cooked so your dog gets guaranteed live, active cultures that support healthy digestion.

Maximizing Nutrient Absorption

To help your pet's body absorb all of the beneficial minerals in her food, Taste of the Wild recipes have chelated minerals. That means they can easily attach to proteins for absorption during digestion. So your canine pal will enjoy the full value of every carefully selected mineral that these foods have to offer.

Perfectly Balanced Omegas

Perfectly Balanced Omegas

  • So happy I checked this out

    By on

My 7 month old golden retriever Bentley can be a picky eater. I've been feeding him Fromm wet and dry food, he likes it but was very hard to get him to eat. Would always have to sit with him and try multiple times to get him to eat all his food. I recently tried this Taste of the Wild and so happy I did. I added it to Bentley's food and he ate it right up! I think he likes that it's meat chunks with gravy, different than the pate I thought it was gunna be. Will defiantly be trying other flavors as well!

  • All dogs enjoy this food. I enjoy the price.

I have picky eaters, and they all need a can of yummies to eat with their dry food every night. They like this food more than Merrick canned foods, thats for sure. No gas issues, and it has a high caloric content for the price. Looks slightly less processed than Merrick stews as well. I will buy again in the future, after trying some others.

  • Mav gives Wild Sierra Mountain a PAWS UP!!

    By on

Mav isn't a fussy eater but sometimes things don't sit so well with his tummy. Finding this is WONDERFUL!! I put some of this (about 1/3 a can) on the side of his bowl (he doesn't like his food mixed lol) and then the kibble on the other side. He eats this FIRST and then onto the kibble. Leaves the bowl and when I remove it to put in the dishwasher - he comes over to lick the bowl a little more to make sure he got every drop of food. Will definitely order again. Might try another flavor to give him some variety ...:)

  • Thses Cans Go Well With The Dry Version

    By on

I mix the canned with the dry to give my dog something a little different then just the dry, which I was feeding alone. I know he enjoys it because it's only a matter of minutes before his bowl is licked clean. Taste of the Wild is superior to any other food I have fed in the past-recommended!!!

So much healthier then kibble. Our Schnauzer is doing much better healthwise with the canned food then taste of the wild kibble. Recommended by an a holistic doctor to rid our schnauzer of fatty limpomas. Jackson ❤️ it. Limpomas are shrinking.

  • My Golden Retriever loves this Wild Sierra Mountain canned food.

    By on

Trooper, our Golden Retriever, is 14 months old, and for the first time since we brought him home in November of 2015...he absolutely loves mealtime. A big thank you to Taste of the Wild. Trooper's digestive tract seems to be balanced...finally. He has a real digestion problem with any foods containing chicken or grains. Finally...we have found a food line that he enjoys that is chicken free, and it totally agrees with him. Taste of the Wild will now be our future choice for Trooper.

  • This food is grain free and has great ingredients.

I think this product is great for my dog. Unfortunately, she doesn't seem to like it as well as she first seemed to. I am alternating it with another food. I'm chalking it up to age.

  • My girls love it!

    By on

I have 3 picky eaters - one has allergies and one is diabetic. We've changed foods a couple times and finally found this. Taste of the Wild is the only food we'll feed them (wet and dry) from now on!
